The highlight of this stunning home is the fenced backyard paradise. Take a dip in the pool (6 feet deep) and hot tub, or soak up the sun on two loungers. (The saltwater is softer and better for kids/children's skin.) Host a festive cookout on the patio, complete with a gas grill and an eight-person table for alfresco dining. Top off perfect days with a beverage by the wood-burning fire pit.
Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this home is minutes from La Jolla's top hot spots. Bike 10 minutes to enjoy wide-open green spaces at Kate Sessions Park, or the family-friendly De Anza Cove Park. Catch a wave at La Jolla Shores, hit the links at Torrey Pines, or visit the famous Pacific Beach Pier - all a 10-minute drive away. Balboa Park attractions and the Gaslamp Quarter are both within a 15-minute ride.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is a pool safety door alarm on each door leading out to the pool at this property that is required by California law to be present. Please do not tamper with these devices. Doing so may result in a fine or eviction from the home.
The indoor fireplace is not operational.
The pool can be heated for an additional $100.00/day -Please note in the colder months the pool may not always be at an optimal temperature due to the colder air at night and morning hours.
This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not appropriate for noisy groups. No party policy is strictly enforced and may result in eviction if not followed.
This single-story house does not have stairs; however, there are two steps to access the outdoor lounge and dining area on the patio.
4 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without approval. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare. You can call our office for recommendations. Pet Fee: $40/Night
Parking notes: Parking is available for 2 vehicles -- 2 cars in the garage. If parking on the street, only park directly in front of your rental (do not park in front of other houses).
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.
This home is equipped with security cameras located on the outside of the home only. You will find one at the front door, both side yards facing toward the fence and gate area and one facing the pool area.
