The bedrooms consist of a super-king with en-suite shower, two king-sizes, one with en-suite shower, a small double, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Outside, there is a large, enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, and hot tub, along with ample off-road parking. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and the River Okement. Please note, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. The fabulous Roadford Reservoir offers a multitude of watersport activities and fishing opportunities. Okehampton has a prominent medieval castle overlooking a wooded river valley, the Museum of Dartmoor Life and Okehampton train station, which has been restored to its 1950s glory: The Dartmoor Line now operates a service between Okehampton and Exeter every hour, 7 days a week. The town also has access to fabulous walks and Simmons Park where you’ll find a children’s adventure playground. This area of Devon has plenty of farm shops and country inns serving good food where visitors can spend time relaxing and unwinding amongst unspoilt countryside.
