Built in 2007, this cabin sleeps 6 adults comfortably in its 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It comes fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen perfect for daily use as well as hosting. With 20’ vaulted wood ceilings, this home has a warm, open and inviting feel. The radiant in-floor heating keeps the temperature perfectly even and your feet never too cold. The free standing gas fireplace in the living room lends itself naturally to a rustic yet modern feel. Only 10 minutes (2.6 miles) from world class skiing at Heavenly and a quick 40min drive to Kirkwood with some of the most epic lift-access backcountry skiing imaginable, this cabin is ideal for those looking for an iconic winter in famed Lake Tahoe. Equipped with two standing/sitting desks and plenty of bedroom space, this cabin is ready for those looking to balance both work and play. The lot has ample room and the garage has plenty of storage for gear and personal storage. Situated just close enough to highway 50, this is a quiet destination, while still having several grocery stores, markets, gyms, post office and shopping less than 5 minutes away. There’s a bike/pedestrian path at the end of the street that the city plows and maintains through the winter, making short walks to local restaurants and shops always possible. There are gorgeous views always at your finger tips along with several beach access points within a 10 minute walk through the picturesque and historic mountain neighborhood. If you’re looking for a fancy night out or premier live music venues, Stateline is only 10min drive east of Al Tahoe neighborhood and where you can find Michelin-star restaurants, lively music and entertainment year round.
