Belle Vue is an exquisite Caribbean-style oceanfront villa in the beautiful Casa de Campo®. Situated just minutes away from the Marina and a short stroll or golf cart ride to Playa Minitas, this villa offers a perfect blend of convenience and serenity.
As you enter Belle Vue, you’ll be greeted by spacious and inviting social areas. The large indoor living room provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind, while seamlessly connecting to a covered veranda. The veranda offers three distinct sitting areas, allowing you to take in the breathtaking views, indulge in a good book, or savor refreshing cocktails prepared and served by the attentive staff. For dining with a view, the exterior dining area on the terrace is the perfect setting. Overlooking the garden and the ocean, it features two tables, each accommodating eight people. Whether you’re enjoying a leisurely breakfast, a delightful lunch, or a memorable dinner, this outdoor dining space offers an idyllic ambiance.
Belle Vue boasts well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, TV, telephone, walk-in closet, and a safe. These thoughtful amenities ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, providing all the conveniences you need. The villa’s location allows you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings. TRAVEL INFO
* RESORT FEE: $25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $12/child/day (between 4-12 years old), and children under 4 years below are granted free access. This fee is payable when you register at Casa de Campo. Each guest will receive a membership card which is to be presented to access the beach club, make restaurant reservations, etc.
* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products, etc)
