It was an interesting start. We did not have any access code to enter the house. We had to submit several requests to get ahold of the private owner, which eventually happened. Vacasa did not have the owner's number to give us and it wasn't listed in the check in email. We eventually were able to get ahold of her to be able to access the house.
Pros:
The house was amazing! (lots of open space and a bit loud!). Bedrooms were fantastic! Design was completely beautiful! Beds, linens, blankets, and pillows were wonderful! The game room garage was awesome! Would love to come when it's cooler (and not 90 degrees) to enjoy the rooftop deck. Loved that there was a bathroom and fridge up there!
Cons:
Could not get the fire-pit to work, even with a new propane tank. We could smell the propane but it would not light. (even with a lighter)
There were just a few minor cleanliness issues. Fronts of cabinets were full of water marks and sticky residue. The base trim was super dusty and had cobwebs. The dishwasher bottom rack was broken and rested on the water spraying apparatus. The jack and jill bathroom did not get hot water to the shower. The carriage house washing machine did not work.
So a few kinks to work out. But happy to come again! Wonderful space for our family! Lots of areas to hang out! Well thought out space!
