Located in the heart of Margate, Grosvenor Hill is a 3 bedroom home with plenty of style. This cosy home is a short 5 minute walk from the beautiful seafront and Dreamland Amusement Park. This home is the perfect hub for groups of friends and families looking to explore the East Kent or immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of a quintessential British seaside town.
The Space:
Grosvenor Hill is a beautiful three-bedroom home sleeping up to 5 guests. The open-plan living and dining area is a large and spacious space with plenty of couches and chairs, perfect for socialising! It also comes with a Smart TV with access to terrestrial channels. You can watch and stream your favourite shows!
Boasting an outdoor area accessible from the dining room, perfect for morning coffee or an evening tipple. From the same floor, you can access our fully equipped kitchen. Kitted with all crockery, pots, and pans for cooking at home, an electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, and a kettle.
The first floor is home to three bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen bed sleeping up to two guests comfortably. It's decorated with a desk which can be utilised for work, studies, or as a dressing table. The second bedroom can also sleep up to two guests and is fitted with a twin bed and the third bedroom is a single that can sleep one guest.
You will find the family bathroom right next to the second bedroom, showcasing a modern design with a WC, basin and a bathtub with an overhead shower.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
There is no parking at Grosvenor Hill, however there is a large multistorey car park at the top of the hill, open until 7pm and charges £3 per day. Margate also has free parking in most areas between 6pm and 9am.

Margate rail station is a 30-minute walk from the house with regular routes to London, Canterbury and Ashford.
The nearby towns of Dover and Whitstable can be reached via car under 50 minutes so Kent can be explored easily. The popular city of Canterbury can be reached in 45 minutes and the beautiful town of Broadstairs is a short 10-minute drive away too!
If you’re looking to explore via bus during your stay, Margate is serviced by ‘The Loop’ which is operated by Stagecoach. This runs every day and connects Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate.
