After a day on the lake in the summer enjoy our inground pool, or the game room with bar and pool table inside! Ice fish or head to Pleasant Mt or the white mountains in the winter!
Private, dead end road, far from it all yet 10 minutes to Windham and 30 minutes to Portland!
The main house is the perfect set-up, as it has 3 king bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a living and dining room and kitchen on the main level. Water views throughout the first floor.
In the spacious finished basement you will find a twin bed room with sleeping for 5, a large bedroom with two queen beds, and two more twin beds in the living/bar area. Laundry plus a half bath, make the basement a great hangout spot!
Outside there is a very private yard, an inground pool and lake waterfront with a private dock and sandy entry to pristine Sebago Lake.
During peak summer weeks (end of June through Labor Day) the one bedroom single-level guest house with kitchen, full bath and laundry is yours to enjoy! Ask about adding it to your rental from Labor Day until end of June.
We live just 45 minutes away and won’t be there during check in but we are available should you need anything from us!
Turtle Cove is a quiet spot off of the North side of Jordan Bay. Our houses are the only two on our road. The road is off of a residential neighborhood.
Our driveway is reclaimed asphalt. Our neighborhood is paved. The Deep Cove Road surface is newly paved asphalt.
A car is needed for this location.
Please note this is a family rental and although it sleeps 16+, the house comfortably sleeps only 8-10 adults, and the remaining beds are best suited for children. In certain situations we may allow more adults for an added fee, please inquire before booking.
Please note, the guest house is always included with the main house rental during peak summer weeks (end of June through Labor Day). Please inquire about the guest house during off-peak dates.

There were 14 of us and we all had room to spread out. The guest cottage was perfect for my husband and me. Kids loved swimming to raft and paddle boarding. Fire pit was great for gathering round and s’mores. I personally loved the pool the best. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic spacious property ( inside and out) for multigenerational family vacation! Location on the lake was quiet- the dock was in great shape and easy boat rental nearby. Layout of bedrooms ( and the wonderful guesthouse complete with kitchen) gave everyone good options for sleeping and together time . Beds were all very comfortable with high quality Sheets / blankets and towels . Leisa ( owner) was excellent with communication and anxious to make sure we enjoyed our stay . ( also provided generous starter supplies compared to other properties we’ve rented) . There was an issue with the water level of the pool but owner was aware and is working on repairs for next season. All of us ( ages 1-70 would love to return in the future ! Highly recommend !

I’ll start by saying the location of this rental is amazing with access to Sebago Lake, lots of lawn space and close proximity to Windham. The house itself was worn down a bit which I was surprised with not fixing drywall where curtains use to be and several windows that would operate. However, our biggest frustration with the rental was the rules involving parties and the pool that wasn’t overly clear in the listing. When we contacted the property manager months before our stay about having around 25 people over for the afternoon to have a BBQ and celebrate a HS graduation, we were ultimately denied with the reasoning that we needed to rent the property specifically for an event and that was a different rate. That wasn’t clear in the posting nor does it really make sense for a gathering like that. We respected their rules and found a different location to celebrate that accomplishment. Our second issue was with the pool. The listing had a heated pool and when I booked I remembered it saying it would be heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day. When we arrived the pool was not ready for use as water level was well below the skimmer and the was ice cold. The kids tried to tough it out but it was unusable. We were provided new rules that had specific air temperature requirements for which they would turn the heat on which probably won’t be met until July in Maine. The property manager was prompt in responding to our concerns but their responses were confusing to say the least.

The house was obviously decorated with love and care, and provides many rooms with varied sleeping arrangements to accommodate family groups with varying ages. Our older guests appreciated the bedrooms on the main floor, while the kids loved having an area to themselves on the lower level. The bedroom in the separate building was great for family who needed more quiet time. We really loved the scenic view of the dock and the lake, and several family members tried out paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing from the dock (you can pick up a fishing license at Walmart, which is ten-minute drive.) The house is a great central location for day trips - we visited Portland, Seacoast Adventure (15 min drive) for putt-putt/go-karts, Mountain Adventure Park in NH (hour drive but totally worth it) for their mountain coaster, zip lines, bungee trampoline, and summer tubing. There's a drive-in movie theatre a short distance away (Bridgton Twin Drive-In Theater) that shows movies Fri-Sun nights, and two ice-cream shops. The pool was unusable for a few days of our stay as the water level was too low for proper filtration/chemical balance, but we were an early-season stay, so kinks do pop up. I know the owners are working diligently to fix the issue. Owner communication was great; Leisa answered all of our questions quickly, and even suggested that we visit Sebago Lake State Park's beach instead of one we found online and it was PERFECT. Also love that propane is provided.
