About this house rental
Welcome to our beautiful holiday home – everything you need to make your holiday memorable with lots of space and less than 2km to Somers Beach.
Enjoy your breakfast out on the large, covered deck or maybe a glass of wine or two or laze in the hammock and watch the clouds float by – it’s your holiday – you do you. The kids can play in the fully fenced rear yard and swing to their heart’s content on the fixed swing under cover. Create memories in the large family room and start the annual family table tennis tournament, sit and read some of the wonderful books, or play many of the board games and puzzles.
Separate living area with TV, split system for cooling and Coonara for those cold winters nights. There is a lovely window seat overlooking a landscaped garden to watch the wildlife meander by. A beautiful modern kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, gas cooking and walk in pantry that overlooks a light and bright meals area. Four great size bedrooms, with ensuite to master and small private deck – enjoy your cuppa in the morning away from the noise of the rest of the family. Family bathroom, laundry with washer/dryer combo – this house will definitely create memories that will want you coming back for more.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is a short stroll away. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 30 minutes drive down south. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.
Linen and towels are provided, BYO beach towels.
Strictly no parties, functions, events or Schoolies
Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a fifty dollar charge deducted from your bond.
