You will be a short drive from great local attractions, including Arcadia Beach Recreation Site, Silver Point Interpretive Overlook, Cannon Beach, Klootchy Creek County Park, Times Theatre & Public House, Seaside Beach Oregon, End Of Lewis & Clark National Historical Trail, Seaside Inverted Experience, and Tillamook Head.
Boasting a reverse floor plan, this two-story home offers a beautifully decorated open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Unwind by the warmth of the fireplace in the welcoming living room and get ready for an entertaining evening watching your favorite shows, movies, and even sports games on the big screen TV with a fire stick, or breaking out the provided board games. The home's kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite meals and treats for the crew, including a dishwasher for easy clean ups and a mini-fridge for additional storage. Spend memorable evenings hosting barbecues on the covered deck and dining alfresco while admiring gorgeous ocean and beach views. The ground floor houses all three bedrooms along with a full bathroom that has a shower and a soaking tub. The main suite features a second fireplace, a smart TV, and views of the lawn. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No parties and no shoes in the house.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
