My Huatulco Vacation introduces Condo D2, a stunning two bedroom residence in one of Huatulco’s most sought-after oceanfront developments, Amanecer Coastal Casitas. Offering panoramic Pacific views from both bedrooms and the kitchen/lounge area, this property invites you to experience the very best in condo living.
The stunning open-concept kitchen, living and dining area offers a warm and comfortable ocean-facing shared space where guests can enjoy time together. For some relaxing down-time, guests can enjoy the media room with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV.
The outdoor spaces are what really connects guests with Huatulco’s incredible natural environment. With three separate terraces, one off each bedroom and a large central terrace with outdoor dining, and a sun-soaked daybed - guests can all enjoy warm ocean breezes and starry night skies from the comforts of this private residence.
Both bedrooms offer ample space where guests can relax on comfortable beds with luxury linens. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with large vanities and indoor / outdoor showers. There is also a third full bathroom with shower located off the central living space.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $95 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee | Balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival
• A resort fee of $10 - $15 USD per night applies for this complex, depending on length of stay. Cost is included in quote
• If you have to cancel your original travel dates, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
