This house is professionally cleaned and disinfected by a highly-rated cleaning service.
The 875 sq. ft. single-story home features an open floor plan, modern furnishings, hardwood floors throughout, central A/C and ceiling fans in each room, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. There is one full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, and one with a queen-sized bed and small TV, with plenty of closet space. There is a queen Aerobed available should you need additional sleeping space. The main living area is furnished with a luxurious leather sofa, a Roku TV with premium channels, a DVD player, a movie and board games library and a large dining table with plenty of seating for mealtimes. The bedroom also has a TV with a Roku player.
The newly-built gourmet kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cooking instruments, utensils, dishes and silverware. There is always fresh gourmet coffee in the pantry and there is a sampling of local Texas beer for guests to enjoy.
The guest house porch area has seating to enjoy the picturesque Austin evenings. There is a Weber grill available for backyard barbeques. The home is located on the back part of the property with the main house on the front. The yard is pet-friendly and is fully fenced, and is shared by the two houses as well as the owner's friendly dog.
This property is a licensed short-term rental through the City of Austin and is managed as Brentwood Guest House ATX LLC.
