This holiday home has been lovingly restored and offers two sun terraces and on-site garage parking for two cars.
Ascend to the upper floor and discover the expansive living room, a haven of comfort, style and entertainment. Embrace the panoramic sea and coastal views as you relax on plush corner sofas, sink into an armchair, or enjoy a movie on the 55-inch Smart TV. In warmer months, step onto the balcony for breathtaking views of St Ives.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area, bathed in natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows, exudes a welcoming atmosphere that beckons guests to gather and dine.
The fully fitted kitchen, brimming with modern amenities, caters to every culinary need, ensuring that your holiday cooking experiences are nothing short of exceptional with an electric oven, gas hobs, a generous fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. For that extra touch of indulgence, two Nespresso Magimix coffee machines stand ready to deliver a caffeine boost that will keep your energy levels soaring throughout the day.
There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Located on the middle floor and decorated in a striking palette of mustard yellows and fresh whites, the master ensuite bedroom features a generous super king bed, built in storage and stunning sea views. The ensuite is fitted with a large rain shower, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Three further bedrooms are located on the lower floor, all featuring wonderful sea views and ample storage.
The second bedroom offers a zip/link bed which can be made up as either a super king bed or two single beds. This bedroom also has an ensuite shower room with a raindrop shower, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. The third bedroom offer a zip/link bed which can be made up as either a king bed or two single beds as required. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds.
Scots Craig offers a total of three bathrooms. The family bathroom, located on the lower floor, has a deep bath with shower over, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. The master bedroom ensuite has a large rain shower, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. The second bedroom ensuite has a rainfall shower, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
There is also a cloakroom located on the middle floor with a wash hand basin and WC.
The living room boasts glass doors that open seamlessly onto the private balcony, an oasis suspended amidst the Cornish landscape ideal for sunbathing on the comfortable loungers and revelling in the breathtaking bird's eye view of St Ives.
