Хорошее качество ремонта и отделки , редкая мебель и хорошая идея для интерьера . Удобная локация в центре . Отличное оснащение номера .

Непутевые работники службы ресепшн, которые не считают нужным подходить к телефону / писать заранее данные для входа в здание . Напомнило немного казённый дом , несмотря на все усилия по стилистике пространства . Главный недостаток, который сводит на нет все усилия владельцев - гудящий всю ночь под всеми окнами номеров бар. Номера устроены в ряд с видом на одну улицу . Звук отражается в здании напротив и голоса звучат как со сцены . Спать вы там просто не сможете )). Собственно поэтому можно даже не начинать бронировать .

Excellent hotel for your stay

The location of the hotel is great. The facilities are cozy and nice. The staff is 100% available for helping you in case you have an issue or a request. In fact, all what we asked was considered before and during our stay. The response time is short. The bed is really comfortable. The decoration and/or design of the room is beautiful. The breakfast is pretty much complete in terms of the offered options, and the quality of the food is good.

I imagine that due to the context, only one person (super kind) was responsible for the breakfast. However, it was shocking to see that person running in order to attend 5 or 6 tables because of overlapping of booked timeslots for having breakfast. The shower space could be improved by adding a waterproof curtain so the floor near that section is not a mess of the water which came out.

Stylish and unique flats in a great location, the family suite was perfect for our family of 5!

Unique flats. Great location. Air conditioning. Family suite had a kitchenette and clothes washer.

Wi-Fi was spotty. Microwave would be more useful than an oven.

Cosy and comfortable hotel

The hotel was unique and within a stunning Italian building. The location is good for first timers in Florence as near all the popular areas and 20 minutes walk from train station. The receptionist welcome was friendly except breakfast staff could have been more polite and understanding. It was disappointing that breakfast was served from 7.30 on a day basis and this was inconvenient especially when most day tours usually start earlier in the morning. Would have been great if they had served breakfast earlier. The bedroom were large and comfortable beds. Shower could have been more powerful but decent anyway. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was fantastic and very well presented with a nice perfumed aroma throughout.

we book for 2 rooms. both of perfect. and was very clean and. detailed. They have daily cleaning fot the rooms very carefully. I saw one comment regarding beeakfast it wasnt good. but I dont understand why they are saying this. ıIr was perfect. you can find everytjing and request what you want. perspnal is five star. thank you to all We thank you to. Nicole for our request to arrange transportations and suggestipns.

there is nobody at the reception after 7pm. bur its not problem. they are givinf you a phone liist for emergency case

This accommodation is an experience!

Very nice Art deco design, spacious room. Room was clean and vomfortable. Very nice breakfast and the service was excellent. We had lively stay there.

We loved everything about this hotel, except the noise from the street.

we loved this hotel. it is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and a great breakfast. the lovely Lily was so helpful. we only realised on the last day that there are refreshments in the lounge in the afternoon, wonderful. it is in a great place, walking distance to all the old town.

unfortunately it is very noisy in the street outside and despite double glazing we couldn’t get to sleep until between 12 and 2 o clock. even the hotel provided ear plugs don’t help enough.

Very much overpriced. Im confident you could get better for less but the view is great.

Great location, very clean, nice building.

I think you expect more because of the pictures and the price. Its definitely oversold. The wardrobe was not practical and you couldnt fit clothes in the drawer so you have no choice but to keep suitcases open.

A comfortable and spacious apartment

This apartment was so grand and beautiful. We loved our stay here. It was spacious and comfortable, like a home away from home. The friendly staff were always willing to help us especially with our transfers and offering us restaurant recommendations. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family.

The location is excellent, very close to main Florence landmarks. The apartment was perfectly clean.

It was not possible to sleep at night until 3am due to the noise from the nearby bar. The breakfast might be improved (for example, at 9am there were no more bread rolls).

The best amongst four hotels we stayed in this vacation.

The room is excellent. It does not have a mirror in the room. The ambience is great. I shall love to stay at their property again.

A little better breakfast. And the tables are too small. For two people to keep their plates is almost impossible.
