Good room clean plenty parking all the clean

I had stayed here before. The reception service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly. However, there are some good rooms and some terrible ones, starting with the bathtubs in poor condition. My last experience was terrible. The room was dirty, there was hair in the bathtub and the fridge, and the bed even moved. It was very unpleasant. The exceptional thing about this hotel is the staff.

Extremely basic. No coffee maker in room. Bed was like sleep on top of a pizza box. No continental breakfast. Price was same as other hotels with those amenities

We booked to escape Hurricane Milton which was due to hit Clearwater. The hotel is centrally located near many restaurants, gas stations and shopping venues. Hotel lobby was iimpressive and looked to be newly-renovated. Check-in took about 10 minutes. Our assigned room had a defective tv so after about 1 hr we were assigned another room. NEVER unload your car until you've checked the room to ensure everything works! It was near the office, gym and laundry room and ice machine. The room had a tv, working bar fridge and microwave but no coffee machine. If you want coffee, you need to go to the lobby and purchase a pod from the vending machine for $1.25 each. The beds were comfortable and large but had no dresser to store your clothing; however there was a small area in the bathroom that had hangers to hang clothing. Initially, we planned on staying 4 nights but ended up adding an extra night. After the 3rd day with no housekeeping at all, we asked to have fresh towels and our garbage cans emptied. It took making this request 3 times before it was actioned. The hotel has a lovely patio setting with many benches that you can sit out and enjoy some fresh air. All in all, the experience was satifactory and I would return if ever in Jacksonville.

Squeaky beds, loud motorcycles. Kings Inn in 80s, regal suites all empty. Good lighting.

Bed was VERY uncomfortable and noisy. I was supposed to stay in town until the end of the day but with my back hurting and being so tired from that bed I just drove the 3 hours back home instead.
Found bugs in the room and the woman working the counter told me that it was ok and that they were from the rain. It had not rained there for a few days.

Worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. For furniture, the room had a bed, 2 nightstands and 1 plastic kitchen chair. What it didn’t have was a box of tissues, a hair dryer, a coffee maker, ceiling lights (except one over the bathroom sink and one in the w.c. Tub room. No carpets on the floor, no paper, pen, telephone, alarm clock, or any way to reach the office from the room. Frankly, a very disgusting accommodation, to which I will NEVER return, and I strongly advise everybody to stay away.

Great budget friendly hotel, not in a great part of town but very good security

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom had a toilet brush, which in my experience is rare in US and even rarer in more inexpensive stays.
I stayed here over three days, in two bookings. On the second booking, same room the towels were new. This tells me there are continuing to improve the quality. Shower water pressure was good and temperature was hot. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint is the windows don't open, which is not usual for a motel. I would definitely stay here again.

A very good value for the price. Not high-end, but clean, spacious and located close to the Jax zoo. Most importantly, it was one of the few places with vacancy when everyone was evacuating to east Florida during Helene, and we just needed a decent place to stay for one night while transiting between Port Canaveral and Savannah. The biggest issue with the stay was a discrepancy between the stated check-in hours and actual front desk operation. The clerk said that they close at 9 pm, not like most hotels with 24/7 staffing. Hotels.com said it was 10 pm, and we booked at 9:15p, so there was some nailbiting involved. Fortunately, the desk was actually staffed til 10 that night, but it was only because the gentleman stayed late. Even funnier is that on the front door itself, the hours are listed as open til 1 am! Besides that, it was fine. Maybe a bit too much paper used for registration, but that's probably because it's a longer-term stay place. Also, the gps will take you a very round-about way because it doesn't know that there's a more direct path from the nearby highway.

Excellent as always! Love the receptionist.

They stole my the breakege deposit by saying I stole the towels of the room. I very clearly did not steal the towels, I barely used one, didn't even unfold the other one. Room was fine but terrible experience.

Just one night, but was impressed. Room was renovated and comfortable. Property in good shape.

Average motel with few amenities. Water took extended time to warm up and shower was very slow to drain.

There were some challenges when we checked in. The first room we were assigned had a leak. The second room had not been cleaned in a while. The furniture was new. So new, in fact, that the bedframe had to be tightened.
The staff was very accommodating and gracious. The only real negative is the undocumented $100 refundable security deposit. If that had been documented I would have found another property.

Very clean rooms at a great price.

My bed frame squeaked first night. That is because bolts to frame were not tightened. After tightening, no noise at all. I set AC unit to cool so fan would stay on, while compressor came on as needed … as I do not like silence and the AC coming on.
Other wise it was fine for a 2 star hotel.

I reserved a certain room wit certain accommodations and even tho it was confirmed by the hotel when we got there and checked in the room was not what was requested and then everytime we called no one answered the phone cause the new girl was hiding in a room out back and not in the office. Seen her going back and forth multiple times.
