Telford House:
Nestled in mature grounds the fashionable interiors of the period home are replicated throughout the outside dining spaces, with a barbeque terrace, lounging sofas and formal outdoor dining areas that across the waterside front of the home, Telford House has designed for al fresco dining.
Internally the home boasts 6 bedrooms, formal dining area, 3 lounges with 2 extra and separate seating areas. Gather your friends and family and let them all enjoy the stunning panoramic sea views that Telford House has to offer.

The Home:
This sophisticated manor house provides arguably the best vantage point for stunning paranoic views of the Menai Straits and the world-famous Menai Suspension Bridge. The stylish interiors blend seamlessly with the traditional features of the home, such as sash windows, high ceilings and French radiators, as well as stylish art deco and period furnishings.
A large entrance hall guides you through the downstairs, with several separate entertaining spaces at your disposable. Off the grand hall there is a music room with piano, a w/c, a snug ‘gaming’ lounge that can double up as 7th bedroom, and four further entertaining areas.
Hand over the gaming snug to the kids, and let the adults enjoy the large sitting room where generous sofas offer somewhere to relax, with a stunning, annexed conservatory being the perfect place to sit and watch the constant boating activity on the Straits (it’s our favourite room as well!).
Gather in the formal dining room to admire the panoramic sea views providing the backdrop, and a long dining table seating sixteen guests. A fitted kitchen boasts all the appliances you need including an electric oven and gas hob, along with granite worktops and a breakfast bar.
The second lounge can provide a quiet reading spot or be used as a luxury home office / board room for your trip!
Up the grand stairs, and the sleeping quarters await. The bedrooms are lined off the stunning hallway, two of which have en-suite facilities, three have Smart TVs, and the rest are serviced by a sleek shower room and a cloakroom back on the ground floor.
The master bedroom is befitting of the grandeur of the home, with panoramic views of the waters, walk in wardrobe and a traditional en-suite bathroom.
Outside, the landscaped gardens stretch along the river bank to the water's edge and offer great opportunities for exploring and playing, whilst the large patio area, which sweeps around the whole front of the house, is ideal for outside entertaining and alfresco dining.
