About this cottage rental

Enjoy walking to Geneva-on-the -Lake where there are wineries, the lake, playgrounds, shops, mini golf, parks, tennis court or anything else the strip has to offer. Or just kick back and relax in the quaint cottage. Comes with basic equipped kitchen, and all your linens. It has a completely fenced in back yard for privacy with table and chairs to enjoy while grilling. We have a private fire pit for guests only. There are two bed rooms. One with Queen bed and the other with a bunk with a full bed on bottom and twin on top. The bunk room also has a desk and cabinets for your office space or for storage. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Located right off the main strip. Perfect for a couples, family, or friends get away.

This property has an outdoor security camera system installed.

Short drive to State Park Beach, Spire Institute, wineries, and covered bridges in the area. Walking distance to GOTL strip and it’s attractions.

Very nice cottage, had all the comforts of home. Clean, beds comfortable, nice linens. Would definitely visit again. Our only challenge was the queen bed was very close to the wall on either side, which made it a bit challenging to get in and out of bed (in fairness, we are old and overweight). But very minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend.

My husband, myself abd our 27 year old daughter stayed 2 nights. We were in GOTL for the 8th Annual Clevelands Musicians KISS Fundraiser. The cottage was super clean, well- stocked abs beautifully decorated. The licati9n was absolutely perfect for walking back and forth to the all-day event. We would definitely stay here again.

This adorable little cottage, located a short walk from the strip, included every necessity. The place was small but four adults found it easy to work with the space. It was comfortable and convenient. The only one thing we even noticed missing was a full length mirror…so minor! Yard was spacious, bathtub was a treat, decorative fireplace was a bonus! We had a fun weekend getaway!

When we saw the outside of the cottage, we were a little anxious about what the inside would be like, since the outside of the cottage looked as though it needed some attention. However, the inside was delightful! Comfy, cozy, and very clean. The only things we wish were included were dish cloths (I know a sponge was included, it is difficult to clean up crumbs with a sponge), dish towels (we saw none), and wash cloths (yes, there was a makeup wash cloth for each of us but we used them as washcloths). It would be a nice courtesy to note that these items should be brought if you are not going to provide them. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved staying at Lakegrove cottage! Its a lovely home, nicely decorated and has all the amenities you will need. Its super close to the strip but just far enough where it doesn't keep you awake at night. We really enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Geneva on the Lake. The cottage was super convenient to restaurants and shops as well as a short block to the lake. Lake grove was a perfect balance between relaxation and activity. A short walk from the strip but set far enough back that we weren’t kept awake by music when we were ready to call it a night. It was clean and updated with all the things you'd need to enjoy your stay.

This cottage met our needs and more! Loved the decor, amenities and cleanliness of the cottage. Michael, the host, was very attentive and responded immediately when we had a question about the property. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard and the privacy of the property. Location was perfect and within walking distance to all the activities on the Strip. Would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to stay here again!

I rented this cute cottage for a long weekend in Geneva-on--the-Lake the weekend of the total solar eclipse. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. We could easily walk to the strip. It took us about an hour to walk from the cottage to the township park. This cottage is a 2 bedroom and it served the two of us well. The bunk bedroom did seem a little smaller than I expected. The kitchen and living areas had plenty of space for us. The cottage is located on a quiet street. The check in and out was super easy, the coded electronic lock was great. The owner communicated frequently with me, making this rental easy. It was great having the towels and bedding included with the rental (no packing our own). The dishwasher and laundry were convenient to have available. We could walk to visitor center where there was a playground and tennis courts. Both the township park and Geneva state park were close by. This cottage is a very nice rental.

It was as lovely as the pictures! Very clean and well supplied. There was a lot to do: hiking, miniature golf, a day at the beach, live music at most restaurants and making smores at the firepit! Just what the Doctor ordered! Thank you so much!

This property is a little jewel. It sits at the end of a street in a neighborhood walking distance from all the attractions, yet it is very quiet. It was especially close to kid friendly Fun Adventure. The place appeared to be newly remodeled. The cottage is very clean and cozy. Much thought has gone into making the space efficient and comfortable. The large kitchen table is perfect for family meals and game board nights. It has a wonderful large fenced in backyard with an outdoor table and chairs and a fire pit which affords other opportunities for family gatherings and fun. I felt very safe to have children there. Thank-you for 2 wonderful days!

This cottage was perfect for the two of us and within a very short walking distance of the strip and short drive to a ton of wineries. We enjoyed the fire pit and backyard area a lot in the evenings.

This cute home is welcoming and clean. It is walking distance from the restaurants and shops, yet fast enough away to avoid hearing the night life. An extra bonus was the firepit. This was a great ending to a fun day at the winery tour. I recommend this VRBO.

Lakegrove Cottage was perfect for my annual weekend trip with my mom and sisters in law. The cute little cottage was spotless, well kept and nicely decorated. The kitchen table was perfect for playing games and chatting. Great location close to the strip and lodge. Our group suggested it would be nice to have a blow dryer and shower body wash available for guests.

We were very happy with the property. We weren’t looking for a lake view. This time of year the strip is closed up but The Lodge had wonderful food if we wanted to eat out and access to the lake front.
