Everything OK on the basis that this is a budget villa. Could do with some TLC. Local host Chadien very helpful. Location good as only 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. Neighbourhood not great as quite noisy neighbours and plenty of barking dogs clearly not something the host can control.

I've been coming there for years. For me it's got everything i'm looking for. I go there with my kids. It's the right size, not to big so you can still supervise but big enough that everybody can be doing their thing without disturbing each other. The privacy factor is a big plus. You can have breakfast in the garden, park your car , play music without disturbing neighbours and so on. If you like cooking you definitely can because everything is there. But if you don't, there are lots of restaurants near by. I can do my early morning run or walk on the beach, do an excursion and because it's so close to the beach we can still spend some time there when we return in the late afternoon . if you just want a beach day then the outside shower is also convenient. The sice is easy to keep clean,but if you don't wanna do it yourself Chadien can also provide someone for that. He can also pick you up at the airport after a tiring flight,get you a car , fix excursions, any problem that might be, he wil solve it as quickly as possible. The owner Rishi is also very friendly. I've booked late so i couldn't stay the whole month and he really went out of his way to find me a solution. If you're looking for 5 star luxury then there are more then enough alternatives in Mauritius(and matching prices!). But if you're looking for something with a sharp price,with everything there that needs to be, a perfect location and most importantly warm , friendly people who really care about you having a good vacation, then this is the place.

September is the beginning of spring in Mauritius. We highly recommend you a spring vacation on this remote island - the weather is comfortable, the water in the ocean is gentle and warm. We spent the last week of our holiday in Flic-and-Flac, that has one of the best beaches on the island. This villa is 150 meters from the beach. The villa has everything for a comfortable stay - quiet, secluded, beautiful. Everything in the villa is thought out, clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with our choice. Many thanks to Chadien, the local prpoperty manager. His attention, care, and help helped us see the most interesting places on the island (he is an excellent driver and guide), solve emerging problems (for example, passing the next COVID test in preparation for our departure!). He organized an amazing boat trip for us - swimming with dolphins will be one of the most vivid memories from Mauritius. He was always in touch, which is very important when you are in a foreign country. If I could give 6 stars for communication with the property manager, I totally would. Great property with everything you need. Close to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Good safe area. Airport transfer with Chadien was perfect - he even took us to the supermarket on arrival. I would use him for any trips, taxis etc, - where-ever a driver is needed.

Very nice location, well equipped - AC wifi TV washing machine, big veranda. Resto in near by, the beach is very near - 5 min walking. When will comeback this will be our first option for accommodation.

The location was perfect, close to the beach,supermarket and restaurants but far enough to be relaxed. The size was ideal for my daughter and myself, everything needed was present and if there was a problem they fixed it quikley. It's also a big pluse that you can eat outside in the garden. It's a fair price. When we return to Mauritius Well surely consider to stay in the same place.

The villa was very spacious and all amenities were good. We especially enjoyed the terrasse and the beautiful birds around! The air condition came in very handy at night time because it was very hot. The only down was maybe the shower, more specifically the pressure in the shower! This being said, I would highly recommend this villa as it is close to the beach and the snorkling area!

It´s a good located nice villa nearby the beach + restaurants; only 3 min. footwalk to public beach. 3 bedrooms -two of them with AC- and a usefull kitchen. It´s located in a quiet area. You´ll realy get everything you see on the pictures. For this class + this rate I´ll give 5/5 points. On our next stay in FeF. we´ll try to rent this house again!

"We are a couple from Germany and stayed in the villa in December 2012. We really enjoyed our holiday and stay at the villa. The house is nice and clean and all the photos and descriptions are as described. The environment is very calm and quiet and the villa is very near to the beach and restaurants about 5 minutes walk or 150metres. We made friends with the next door neighbour who are really nice people."
