About this house rental

We purchased to this home in November of 2023 and live in it 7 or so months of the year and rent from mid May through mid October. Our home is on a quiet street close to the ocean. Sitting on the patio you can often hear the ocean. There a stream that leads to a pond behind our home, often you will hear the stream when outside Our home is close to many things just off Post Road and only 3 miles until you are in Ogunquit. Each bedroom has a bathroom to go with it. We have an outside shower for after the beach. The kitchen is fully updated with freshly painted cabinets, brand new appliances, beautiful new quartz countertops and has all the cooking tools you'll need. The patio right outside the living roomhas a wood fire pit, a propane fire pit, a new 3 burner Weber grill, outside table for 8 and 4 new Adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pits plus so much more.

Very clean and beautiful home. Everything you could possibly need for a vacation rental -3 bedroom, 3 bath, outdoor shower, patio with 8 seat table and shade umbrella, plus both gas and wood fire pits and an outdoor grill! Dog friendly with fenced in yard and located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If that isn’t enough the hosts (Tom and Steve) are only a phone call away and would be more than willing to come over in person to address any concerns or questions you might have. Really cannot say enough about our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice vacation getaway.

The property was beautiful and the host was incredibly responsive, polite and prompt to answer any questions we had. The house and garden/yard is absolutely breathtaking and it really had all of the amenities that are needed to feel at home (plus more)! We brought so many things with us and we did not have to use a majority of them as items were provided (pack & play, high chair, towels, toiletries and even dog toys). The host went out of his way and even bought an audio baby monitor for us to use if we chose. Overall a wonderful experience

The property was more than expected. It is beautiful. The owner is very hands on and is available for anything you need. It was peaceful and very private. It was a very pleasant experience and we hope to return again, if possible.

Our stay was sensational. Upon entry the property was clean, neat, open and bright. A variety of sweet and salty treats came in handy. Upon arrival we were hungry. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard, small lily pond and the two smal frogs that lived there. The dogs loved watching the frogs. The patio area is a delight. BBQ grill, propane fire pit and comfortable patio furniture. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and a good place to walk the dogs. The location is convenient to Wells, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Ogonquit and York. The beds were very very comfortable. The owner Tom was very communicative both prior, during and after our stay. You can’t go wrong staying here because it’s “Shore to Please.”

House was very nice, very clean. It had great outdoor space and is dog friendly. The house was close to the beach and shops. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Communication was great with host easy check in and check out. This house is a 10/10 and would stay again.

We would recommend this property to all, it was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood and owned by very personable people. We had everything but our food; very clean and they accommodated our every need. We hope to stay there again. Tom is very easy to work with.
