Very happy with stay here. House is even larger than it looks in the photos with plenty of room to spread out. Great location removed but still close to busy shopping/bar areas north and south with easy access to the beach. small grocery store a short 1.5 block walk for supplies. Attentive staff who jumped on an elevator issue as soon as we called.

We reserved the house for seven adults and seven children. There are multiple bedroom set ups, which was great for our group. I had to contact the host on the day of our arrival, as I had not received or had lost the check in information. Unfortunately, the check in information doesn’t tell you where the lockbox is located, so after a search, family members were able to enter..Overall we had a great couple of days. The house is in a great location.

12 women in their upper 70's spent 4 nights at Sea Starr, so having a house with an elevator was essential. The location was perfect, with a beach walkover at the end of 11th Street and proximity to "downtown" Tybee with its shops and restaurants. We had stayed in this same house several times before, the last being in 2022, and were disappointed in the overall condition of the house. Our first issue was the heat, as it was 61 degrees inside the house when we arrived. The new owners had installed complicated Google Nest thermostats with no instructions on how to operate them. An agent from the rental company had to drive out from Savannah to show us how to adjust the thermostats, which required continuous monitoring as they kept "defaulting" to lower settings. There was an overall "shabbiness" to the house compared to our previous stays. In several places, the rugs had curled up or buckled and created a tripping hazard. Side tables and lamps had been removed from the living area since our last stay and two of the bedrooms had no bedside lamps. The kitchen had plenty of plates and silverware, but a lacked enough serving pieces for our large group. There was only a trickle of water to the 4th floor bathroom, and the management company was very prompt in sending a repairman the next morning. Our favorite thing about this house is the large dining table that seats 12, but we could only squeeze 10 into the couches in the living area, so a couple of side chairs would have been helpful for a rental that is listed for up to 14 people. We would stay in this house again, as we love the location, elevator and bedroom arrangement for our large group. The rental agency was excellent and responded to our problems very quickly. But the lighting issue needs to be addressed - a rheostat on the living area lights would be helpful - as well as bedside lamps in all the bedrooms and two sleeping areas. The buckling and curling carpet should be fixed immediately.

Great property and very convenient. We all had nice accommodations within the home. If it's warm/humid, those in the lower level might be a little warm. Aren't allowed to change the temp on the thermostat and it might be set a little high. Loved having an elevator in the home as there were quite a few stairs. So all were able to get around OK. Nice property for walking places.

The rental space was nice. The location was wonderful. The only issue was parking in the area if you have more than 2 cars at the home. You can't leave a car parked on the street in front of the property because it's paid parking only. Also, the bedding in one of the rooms had blood on the sheets & and comforter, which we told the management company about.

This house was perfectly located close to the beach and only 30 min from Savannah. The house had plenty for space for the 13 of us and the pictures were very accurate. When we had issues they were promptly addressed. Everything we needed to use worked well for us. Even had hot water for 13 females to shower in the same timeframe!

Very easy rental process with Lucky Savannah. Check in/out was simple. Would be nice if the rental property had an electric door code rather than a key in a lock box. House is just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. Home had a great layout, perfect for a large family or multiple families. Kitchen was well stocked, furnishings were in good shape. Would stay in this property again.

This house is big, with pleasant spaces and room for 11 people to spread out, and in a great location for beach access. This beach was only crowded on weekends, and there was plenty of parking available.
Several advertised amenities - elevator, garage doors - didn't work upon our arrival, and some never worked adequately - HVAC. The HVAC was controlled off site by the owner, per the property manager, so we couldn't set the temp to our liking.
Cleanliness was subpar, with black grime on floors and furniture. Black mold and dirt spewed from one of the master bathroom jets when it was used.

My family and I had a great time staying here! The place was large with many different living spaces, great for a big group and kids. Super close walk to the beach and a grocery store. Kitchen was decently stocked as well - would have appreciated a better grill and some beach towels.

8 of us that have friends for 50 years or so enjoyed Tybee Island and Savannah. The place was beautiful inside and out! Short walk to the beach for sunrises and fun! Easy access to Savannah (20 minute drive!). Ample towels, beds were comfy, plenty of room for all 8 of us, loved the elevator fir luggage and groceries! The 4th floor deck was wonderful in the morning for the sunrise and star viewing at night. We all were very happy with accommodations!

The rental exceeded all expectations. The layout was incredible. It was very spacious, clean and well-maintained. The accommodations were top-notch; large kitchen stocked well with dishes and cookware, sizeable bedrooms and living rooms, plenty of bathrooms and towels. The property was just a few steps from the beach, which made for wonderful sunrise and sunset walks. The ocean view from the rooftop deck was impeccable. Although we took advantage of the kitchen at times, we enjoyed meals at nearby restaurants Sting Ray's and Pier 16. Since the property is minutes from downtown Savannah, we went to City Market and the Riverwalk where there are lots of shops and eateries. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the rental. Lucky Savannah is highly recommended for providing a fantastic property and premier customer service.

Our stay at seastarr, was a great vacation for my family. There was plenty of room to be together or apart. Beach location was perfect! There ere a few issues but were taken care of as quickly as possible. Management was super!The only issue was with washcloths and dishtowels, next to none. Management sent more but housekeeping should have made sure the correct amount was available.
