An Ascendia Property! Welcome to Surf’s Up, a modern coastal beach inspired home, where you will enjoy and marvel at the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This home was purchased, designed, equipped, and furnished for families to experience the ultimate vacation home. Located just 10 homes from the most beautiful beach in the United States, Siesta Key! This newly remodeled home with brand new furnishings provides two areas for families to be entertained and have some privacy. One is upstairs for perhaps the adults, to have cocktails, a charcuterie board and the much-needed adult conversation. And there is the downstairs area for the kiddos, to have their space for gaming, listen to music, watch tv, or they can sit right outside of the bonus room and lounge by the pool. This spacious home boasts an open floor plan featuring plenty of windows allowing natural light for the majority of your day. The gourmet kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, a large quartz countertop and a spacious island for entertainment and culinary exploration. The primary bedroom hosts a king-size bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and a balcony that leads you to the pool for that early morning swim. No need to fight over the king-size bed, for this home has another bedroom that also contains a king-size bed with a balcony that leads you to the pool. The third bedroom has a trundle bed that comfortably sleeps two. This home also offers two queen sofa beds and a queen size murphy bed. The private pool area provides you with lounge chairs for sunbathing, an outdoor shower, and an area to grill and enjoy alfresco dining with a table that seats six. Ideally located for ADVENTURE, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, biking, shelling, boogie boards, beach run/walk, or RELAXATION, sunbathing, picnicking, building sandcastles, sunsets, or enjoying live music, shopping, and award-winning restaurants conveniently located in the quaint and delightful Siesta Key Village less than a mile away. Looking to venture off Siesta? Enjoy an evening out in Downtown Sarasota located just 7 miles away where you will find a vibrant music scene, numerous art galleries, elegant shops and many restaurants with outdoor seating. New to our vacation home portfolio, this home has already hosted one family and received a 5-star review! This home is also available for concierge services! **ESSENTIALS: This property is a vacation rental and comes fully equipped with everything you will need such as pots, pans, linens, towels including pool/beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, and all the beach gear you will need! **LAUNDRY: Private laundry units are located in the rental for your convenience! **Pets are welcome! If applicable, a non-refundable pet fee (per pet) will be applied after booking.** **To book this unit a REFUNDABLE security deposit is required.**
