This laid back surfing inspired townhome is the ultimate residence for your Padre Island Gulf Coast destination getaway. Our properties at Village by the Beach offer first class living on the Texas Gulf Coast. The interior is fully furnished and custom decorated with modern, beach cottage decor, an open concept layout and covered patio allowing you to enjoy all the conveniences of home in the relaxed surroundings of beach living. Our great location provides quick access to swimming, fishing, surfing and a variety of dining options. Located within walking distance to the beach and easy access to our refreshing resort style swimming pool, this property is ideal for families or a romantic escape for two! This adorable 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom vacation rental sleeps up to 7 people in comfort!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 35LBS OR LESS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
