THIS HOME:
Our two story home comes with access to a 4 car garage, keyless entry, big half-circle driveway, and a screened-in porch overlooking the large backyard. 5 large bedrooms with a king, 2 queens and 2 twin beds. Each room is decorated uniquely for your choice and enjoyment to make yourself at home. We provide some chargers for your phone if you forget yours or need an extra.

It also has two sleeper sofas to accommodate everyone in your family or group to be able to spread out. One sleeper sofa is in the den which has doors to close for privacy and is essentially the 5th bedroom. (Could possibly accommodate more than 11 guests, especially with children, but want to make sure it makes sense. Please reach out if you're interested.)

Game room with ping-pong table downstairs and an extra den downstairs with additional TVs for the group to enjoy a variety of options. Washer and dryer included. 3 Large bathrooms with multiple sinks in each.

For the Mountain Bikers, I promise you won’t be disappointed! We have secure bike storage in the garage. We also provide bike cleaning gear and tools for your stay. There is immediate trail access one lot over down the hill, basically right outside your door to Black Apple Creek Trail leading to Park Springs Park, Slaughter Pen, Coler and more trails.

When you arrive at the house you will can enter through the garage with a code or through the front door with keyless entry. Once inside, you can enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room, a comfy den or play a few rounds of ping pong. We have a lovely screened in back porch for relaxation featuring strung lights and a cooler for your bevs.

Inside you'll find a fully stocked coffee bar for almost any style coffee you prefer. We provide specialty coffee roasted by Good Citizen just for our guests on drip but also a variety of K-cups. We provide a great selection of teas.

The kitchen is also well stocked to cook almost any meal you would desire. We include all of the pots and pans, measuring cups, mixing bowls, and utensils to cook to your heart's desire. It's equipped with a full size refrigerator and freezer, oven, range and dishwasher.

The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure! This home has plenty of room to spend with friends and family. We also have the downstairs den if the group wants to split up and do different activities for watching, reading or games. We have games for the kids, a pack and play, and comfy furniture fit for a mid-day nap!

All three of our full bathrooms have all the essentials you need, including soaps, shampoo, and hair dryer.

PETS: We are happy to host quiet, well trained animals. We charge a one time $50 fee. We can host up to 2 pets. They must be disclosed and approved please. If this is the case for your stay, not always fun but these rules always apply:

Pets must be cleaned up promptly after going potty. Our yard is not fenced in, so a leash is essential.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture or linens. Please do not use our sheets or towels to make beds for your pet or to clean up after them. If they need a bed, please bring yours for them.
Noisy, aggressive animals as well as young, untrained pets are not permitted.

Extra Cleaning fees will also be assessed for abnormal messes caused by animals for things such as excessive shedding, waste left on the grounds, and damage. We love animals, but also need to maintain a level of quality for the guests who stay on the property alongside and after you.

FOOD & ENTERTAINMENT

Specialty coffee provided by Kindred House and roasted by Good Citizen for drip brew along with Keurig to satisfy a variety of tastes. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner also provided.

Kitchen is fully stocked to cook at home.

Covered areas to clean bikes with hose. In the garage, we provide tools, supplies and gear for cleaning your bikes after a ride. Plenty of space in garage for bike safety and storage as well. Steps away from Black Apple Creek Trail that leads to Park Springs Park/Mountain Biking Trails.
