Sandy Point is very popular for its spectacular views over Wilsonâs Promontory National Park. It is a holiday destination suitable for the whole family. Escape and enjoy bike trails amongst the trees, Koalas in the back yard, Surf Club, Mini Golf, General store, Cafe, and Shallow Inlet where you can walk, ride or drive from the house. You really donât need a car to get around Sandy Point but if you wanted to fill up the eskyâs and pack the beach toys, there is beach access suitable for ALL types of vehicles to drive along the sand at low tide. BBQâs & toilets make the Shallow Inlet the perfect spot to set up for the day and enjoy a picnic. The main surf beach is a short walk from the house with many viewing platforms overlooking Waratah Bay.

You have use of the entire house.
Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, and the key safe combination to access the keys.
The Neighborhood:
A peaceful, friendly neighbourhood situated by the beach. Please respect the property, neighbourhood and local wildlife. Native Australian animals like Koala's, Echidna's, Wombat's & Kangaroo's often pass through the property. Along with numerous birds and small native possums in the eucalyptus trees. Please ensure pets are under control.
Getting Around:
You wonât need a car to get around Sandy Point however to visit the Prom Coast it is a drive, but a very stunning one!! There are lots of trails to ride the bikes and many walks both short and long. Take the dogs to the beach and get out in the fresh sea air. air.

Other Things to Note:
Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.
Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.
Please note: There will be a call out charge if we are called out after hours. Eg: Losing Keys.

The office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and we are available by appointment on weekends and public holidays. Should you have an emergency at the property we have emergency contact numbers located in the house so that youâre able to get in touch with us.
