Clematis House consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining room with seating for eight, a utility with washing machine, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, a snug, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite bathroom, two doubles with en-suite walk-in shower rooms, and a family room with double and single with en-suite bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. A short drive from Padstow and Newquay. Within 0.1 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. For an opulent escape to Cornwall, choose Clematis House. Note: Steps throughout property, not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Stately homes, world-renowned gardens, adventure playgrounds and theme parks, model railways, fishing lakes and golf courses are all to be discovered within 10 miles. Even the spectacular Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, both on the other side of the county, are only 12 miles away, making this a superb base for your Cornish holiday.
