We rented the house for 10 days. Since the first night we had issues with the ac cooling the house down. We contacted them almost daily and as they did have people out to check it out. They never offered to bring us fans or anything to help with the warmth of the house. They usually responded pretty quickly but we never did hear back about what the issue was or if it was ever resolved. I was disappointed that they never offered anything to try and make it right with us or help us with the heat. It was 79-81 degrees most of the week in the house. The house was clean. The beds were ok. Not the most comfortable but not the worst either. I’ve definitely had worse. Nice kitchen with plenty of pans and dishes for the 6 of us. They didn’t have any rags to wash with which we all thought was kind of weird. Nice back yard. We spent plenty of time back there just enjoying the weather. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy although we didn’t have any encounters. It was a great location as far as getting to many places.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is very convenient for visiting the city and for skiing and the amenities were excellent.
