Bayside A - Apartments and Studios provides self-catering accommodation in the vibrant St. Julian's area, known for its lively Paceville nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs. The apartments feature modern furnishings, balconies with street or in-land views, and outdoor furniture. Located approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) from the airport, they offer convenience and comfort.
This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with a TV, two kitchenettes (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, mini fridge, microwave), a small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals, and two bathrooms. This property also comes with a well-sized balcony with community views and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests, up to a maximum of 12.

Additional information:
1. There is a government Ecotax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per person, per night.
2. Please note that the damage deposit of €150 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. Cards accepted. This is adjusted to €50 per person after the 5th person onwards.
3. The building has a lift.
4. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and not applicable for a 28 nights stay and above.
5. Parking is available on the street.
6. Paid washing machine is available on the lower ground floor.
7. Gym is open in the building and open from May to September.
8. No daily cleaning for the unit.
9. Monthly rates from 28 nights and above are excluding utility bills, wifi connection and after check our cleaning fees (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works and lines laundry) are paid monthly in advance.

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.
(e) After check out cleaning fees for a 28 nights ab or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
