From the street level, you'll ascend one flight of stairs to discover two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry area. The next level up reveals the heart of the home – the living room, kitchen, and two delightful patios. The living room is the perfect gathering spot for quality time with friends and family, offering a cozy retreat after a day of beach adventures. For those who appreciate outdoor dining, the patio off the living room features a propane grill, allowing you to savor delicious meals while enjoying the California sunshine.

When it's time to relax, our master bedroom awaits you with a comfortable king-sized bed and an additional double bed. You'll also find a small patio off the master bedroom, providing a serene setting for unwinding with a cocktail and people-watching.

The first guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, perfect for accommodating children or friends, while the second guest bedroom offers a cozy double bed. Additionally, the living room features a futon for extra sleeping space if needed.

Next, the guest studio connected via an internal stairway has a queen bed, a private full bathroom, plus a portable air conditioning unit, including mini fridge, microwave.

Property does NOT have central air conditioning. There is a portable A/C unit in the studio and a window A/C unit in one of the bedrooms on the entry level.

There is NO assigned parking for this listing. However, free on street parking can be found on Mission Blvd (best spot is the block south of the property) or at nearby Mission Bay Yacht Club (as long as there is no overnight parking restriction signs for individual spaces). There is an all day paid lot at the Mission Beach Women's Club on Santa Clara Blvd. Finally, there also a large parking lot in the Mission Bay Aquatic Center for oversized vehicles to park overnight.

Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.

The Neighborhood:
Located in central Mission Beach, there are many shops, restaurants, bars, and Belmont Park a few blocks away. There is a lot of foot traffic as well, so expect there to be noise at times.

Getting Around:
Easy access to walk to the beach, bay, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, Belmont Park and more!

* Included in the cleaning fee is a Damage Waiver/Reservation Fee of $120.00. Details of Damage Waiver will be emailed to you along with a mandatory host rental agreement to sign once the booking is confirmed.

This property is conveniently located 9 miles from the San Diego International Airport. Ride sharing providers Uber and Lyft offer pickup and drop off at San Diego Airport.
