Perfect.

Oh my God, what’s there not to like? The staff was FANTASTIC. The rooms were clean, and the place was a short walk to the Haram. There was a laundry place right next to the hotel. A barber shop. And some food spots. I had the proximity to the haram with a neighborhood feel. When I go back to Makkah inshallah, I will stay here AGAIN. No questions asked. May God bless the people who work at this place.

رائعه واكثر ولى تجربه أخرى فى القريب العاحل مع أسرتى

الاستقبال الرائع وسهوله الاجراءت والاطمئنان على راحه الضيوف با السؤال عن اى شي يحتاجونه

الموقع لوجوده على مرتفع يصعب على البعض خاصه كبار السن وقام الفندق مشكورا بتوفير عربه قولف على مدار الساعه لتوصيل الضيوف لقريب من الحرم

ممتاز نظيف. قريب للحرم

ممتاز نظيف مرتب الفندق مرتفع مكانه اخذت غرفه 4 اسره مع حمام ب 340 يوجد كوفي تحت عند الاستقبال .. داخل الغرفه يوجد غلايه ماء مع قطع نسكافيه وشاهي .. استشوار .. اعجبني سيارة قولف تنزلنا تحت عند اخر نقطه مسموح للسيارات

Excellent and near to the HARAM

The hotel location was very near to Mecca Haram ... and there are groceries and restaurants near to this hotel and its very cheap rather than having from the hotel itself

uphill while going back to hotel is the only negative i can say, but for youngster is good and for old people and heavy person has little bit tough to reach the hotel, but hotel provides buggies / cart to take up but need to wait a bit down

الفندق نظيف جدا والعفش كانه جديد ، الرائحة جذابه ، دخول الفندق سهل وسريع ، الغرفه ضيقه نوعا ما ، السرير مريح ، الحمام نظيف جدا ، الانترنت سريع ، المصاعد ممتازه وسريعه ، المكان قريب من الحرم بس مرتفع ، توجد عربة قولف للتوصيل من والي شارع الحرم، سعر الفندق ممتاز بالنسبه النظافه

Hôtel pas loin du Haram pas trop chère et service standard

J’ai apprécier le personnel, la proximité avec Haram mais une pente rude malgré la voiturette de golf qui faut toujours appeler quand on est en bas. Justement au niveau de la pente y’a beaucoup de circulation, les cars des groupes,… du coup on respire les pots d’échappement. La salle pour manger à disposition. La propreté. Prise pour usb et usbc pratique. Nous avons bien eu deux chambres communicantes, et avons eu l’occasion de voir la chambre avant pour validé la réservation. Les boutiques et les restaurants en face sont très gentils et qualité / prix top.

Pas de petit déjeuner sur place, les lits ne sont pas confortable, oreiller et couette. le réglage de la Clim ne fonctionne pas. Il fait toujours froid dans la chambre sinon faut l éteindre, pas de fer à repasser, en 8 jours on a dù demander tout les jours le ménage et réapprovisionnement ( papier wc, mouchoirs, bouteille d’eau, cafe , changement des serviettes,…) c’est lourd à la fin. Prévoir un adaptateur prise Europe. la taille des chambres c’est trop petit . La salle de bain j’en parle pas rikiki L’eau de la douche un filet même la douchette des toilettes est plus forte. Malgré ses inconvénients nous avons passés un bon séjour.

Отель очень чистый, персонал приветливый. Ребята на ресепшене всегда помогали и могли подсказать если что-то было не понятно. Пару раз помогли договориться с местными таксистами, чему мы очень благодарны. Мы с мамой ездили совершать умру, по милости Аллаха мы нашли в букинге этот отель и нам все понравилось 🥰

Один маленький минус, за 5 дней у нас ни разу не была сделана уборка номера, хотя мы просили. Возможно было не до понимание из за языкового барьера.

Liked the only location and new building

Location is perfect. We were there at Ramadan. In other months if price is around 50-100$ per day. It is very good price for this location. Rooms are new and clean. But bathroom is little small. Very new hotel.

Staff, service is awful. It is the sample where you invest money and make business, but staff will ruin your business. This is where owner hired wrong staff. I would let all staff go away from hotel business. During our 3 days stay. we asked many things, if you believe, NEITHER of them were done! They will not bring anything to your room. AWFUL service. BTW, I booked room with FOUR bedrooms but when we arrived, reception said they don't have four bed room. They have only three bedroom. and one of us slept on the ground, they didnt even give us mattrass. And promised to change room the next day, but didnt, second day I went to reception and quarreled with them. and they finally gave another bed.

Clean and excellent staff

Very near to Al-haram except for the uphill, howecer they have small shattle for the up-hill for free. Hotel was super clean with beautiful smell plus well air conditioned. I enjoyed staying in the room. Staff are professional, decent and helpful. I had special request for my room and they applied my request although the hotel was full. I had also asked for AC maintainance and staff replied immeduately fixing my issue. Staff even helped me getting a taxi when I was rushing to get into the airport. Big thank you for keeping the hotel higenity and warm welcome of guests.

Sometimes I can hear the reception's TV in my room. Missing iron n iron table.

الفندق جديد ونظيف قريب من الحرم ولكنه علي صعدهم وصعبه لمن ليس لديه لياقه يوجد سياره قولف للنقل الي الحرم ولكن عند الرجوع للفندق يجب المشي علي الاقدام

Wonderful!

Everything was perfect! It’s exactly what you need from a hotel, comfortable beds, pillows and blankets but most of all, extremely clean!! The hotel is so close to Al Haram within 10 mins walking (however up and down a steep hill - but they have a caddy to take you up and down). I cannot express how clean the hotel was and it smelt incredible, cleaning staff were extremely professional and never once did I see them stop maintaining the cleanliness, they were fantastic. You have shops and food all around the hotel and it’s a very lively area. We checked in and everything was simple thanks to the amazing Tariq! He was super professional and he did everything with a big smile and with laughter! He was amazing and was there to attend anything you needed. I have recommended this place to everyone I know, I can’t fault it, especially for the price Alhamdullilah! طارق - بارك الله فيك على كل ما فعلته من أجلنا، شكرًا لك

Happy stay. Satisfactory

It's brand new hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Staff behavior was very good and accommodating. Very close to haram. 5 7 mins walk.

Only drawback is it's on the slope but they have carts. Without that it might be bit difficult to go on slope towards hotel specially for elder Just need to pay little more attention to cleanliness for perfection

مع وجود بعض الملاحظات لكن كانت الاقامه جيده في المجمل

1- الموقع قريب من الحرم 2- النظافه 3- عند باب الفندق يوجد اماكن ( بقاله + مسغلة ملابس + كماليات )

1- مساحة دورات المياه صغيره 2- عدم وجود عوازل بين الغرف 3- تم طلب كوايه ولم يتم تنفيذ الطلب 4- الطريق من والى الحرم صعب لوجود طلوع صعب بالذات لكبار السن مع وجود سيارات قولف لكن لوجود طلب زائد عليها وعدم تفرغها .
