This cozy one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is furnished with new furniture and room darkening curtains and boasts a freshly painted bedroom. It is located in a 4 unit building and is on the first floor. There are a few stairs to enter the building. This unit has one assigned off-street parking spot. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic necessities for preparing delicious meals, including Green Pan pots and pans. A small coffee pot and tea kettle are provided for those early morning wake ups or cold winter days.

24 hours prior to your arrival, we will send you information on where to park and the code to enter the apartment. Self-check in and check out. No loud parties or guests, please.

Please note that the only sleeping space is one double bed. This unit will nicely fit one or two people, but not more.

Please understand that this is designated as an allergy-friendly property, and as such, animals, smoking, and marijuana are not welcome on the property.

You will have one assigned parking spot. If you bring more than one vehicle, you will only be able to park one of them here & it will be your responsibility to find parking for other vehicles.

This apartment is close to Taylor Park and Hardack Recreational Area - both of which will be holding solar eclipse events!

This apartment is only 2 miles from I89 and 30 minutes from Burlington. It's a short drive to St. Albans Bay & Lake Champlain, and there's no shortage of outdoor activities - from skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, sledding, swimming, fishing, and more.

The neighborhood is walkable (no side walk, but the neighbors are courteous and friendly and move over when they drive by pedestrians). Collins Perley Complex is 1 mile away that you can walk or drive to with a playground and walking path. Hardack Recreation Area boasts a sledding hill and skiing hill, hiking, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing trails, a lodge with snacks & drinks for sale, and a great city pool (free to use except for the pool!).

St. Albans boasts quite a few delicious restaurants for a small town. Right next to the property is a gas station with a great deli inside, and there is a mechanic right across the street. The property is close to the hospital, library, and many restaurants, and a 10 minute drive to pharmacies, grocery stores, other shopping, and more restaurants.
