This spacious 1150 sq/ft home has a comfortable living and resting area that can accommodate a relaxing day or a working day.
This property has a loft next to it, which both share the parking space but they have two different private doors to access.
Guests will be staying in a full house with 4 bedrooms (i.e. hairdryer, iron).

65” TV with Amazon Fire Tv included ( is in the living room)
In addition to the room, guests also have access to a spacious and beautiful living area. All appliances (including microwave, blender, and fridge) in the kitchen are usable by guests and if you need help feel free to ask. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself.

🔸No shoes in the house (Flip flops or slippers are welcome ☺️)
🔸Laundry is not available
🔸Late checkouts will incur a fee of $50
🔸No unregistered guest (Any unregistered guest will bring an $35 fee each one and for each day staying without registration)
🔸Any smoking odor or smell left inside the property will bring a $100 fee for the extra cleaning needed.
🔸No pets (No animals due to allergies)
🔸If the TV control remote gets lost, the replacement will have a $50 cost
🔸No parties
🔸House not child-proofed; supervision required for kids
🔸No unregistered guests. Any unregistered guest will incur a $35 fee per person, per day of stay.
🔸Electric vehicle charging is not provided. If a regular outlet is used for charging, a $35 fee per night will apply.
