About this house rental
If you're looking for a house to stay in while in town, look no further than this one. This home is a two-story, four-bedroom wonderland of comfort and entertainment. You'll love the fully equipped kitchen, the luxurious bathrooms, the cozy bedrooms, and the prime location. But wait, there's more! This house also has a sparkling private pool, a BBQ island where you can grill and chill, and plenty of seating for your guests. And did we mention the TVs? Every bedroom has one, and the family room has a whopping 75-inch 8k TV. You'll also find board games, books, pool noodles, and more to keep you busy and happy. Don't miss this opportunity to rent our house!
The following areas are off-limits for guests:
The garage and a small closet under the stairs. They are used for storage and will be locked.
Some important things to note are:
-There are two places to park your car: in the driveway and the street parking.
-Security cameras in the exterior spaces, such as the driveway, front door, backyard, and side yards.
- Please get in touch with us for the daily rate if you want to use the pool heater. We need at least one week's notice before your arrival to heat the pool.
- All guests must sign a pool waiver at least two weeks before arrival.
- NO partying or large gatherings!
**Update: The gas BBQ grill in the backyard is out of service, but we do offer a charcoal grill at the moment.**
