About this apartment rental
Quay View is an attractive Grade 2 listed property situated on Weymouth's beautiful and vibrant Old Harbour. The location is perfect for exploring the local area, with many harbourside restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops to enjoy on the doorstep.
From the harbourside, a private entrance leads upstairs to the duplex apartment. On the first floor you'll find the living room, with feature bay window, complete with a window seat overlooking the views of Weymouth harbour and over to the English Channel beyond. Just next door is the well equipped kitchen, complete with; oven and hob, kettle, toaster, undercounter fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine (please note, there is no dishwasher). Within the kitchen is the dining area, with an extendible dining table to seat 6.
Also on this floor is a King size bedroom, overlooking the harbour to the front. There is also a second King size bedroom to the rear, both share the family bathroom along the hallway, with a separate W.C just next door. Up to the second floor are two further bedrooms; a king and a double, both with lovely harbour and coastal views.
We welcome pets to the property, a maximum of 2 dogs, charged at £30 per dog. We provide a parking permit for one car, only for bookings that are 4 nights and over. Otherwise, parking can be found in nearby metered car parks.
Weymouth's historic harbour is steeped in history dating back to the 17th century. Nothe Fort at the entrance to the harbour built in 1872 host all year-round events from art exhibitions and folk festivals to ghost walks and open air theatre. With the harbour's top restaurants and relaxed atmosphere it's a perfect base for your holiday in beautiful Dorset.

This duplex apartment is located on the first and second floor. The property has enough space to sleep 8 guests, however the living accommodation is only suitable for 6 guests.

From the harbour bridge; make your way down Trinity Rd, passing ‘Bennetts Fish and Chips' on your right. Follow the road until you reach ‘The Old Rooms’. When you reach 'The Old Rooms', you'll see the apartment in front of you (try and park here for an hour, if you can).
The apartment has an orange door, with a blue oval shaped Quay View sign. We're very easy to find, just look for Cactus Jacks Mexican Tapas restaurant, the apartment is above. The restaurant is currently closed.
We don't have onsite parking but there are metered car parks nearby, just a 5 min walk from the apartment along the quay. Of course, you're welcome to park briefly outside the front of the apartment to drop off and collect luggage, just be careful of the bollards.
We reccommend you parking in the Nothe Car Park. You can pay by phone with the 'Just Park' app. The car park has slopes and steps on route, and it is an uphill walk. From the car park take the long steps down to the quay side, the apartment is a few mins walk from there. You can also take a short route along the road and walkways through Hope Square.
