There’s great shopping and a variety of restaurants, plus lots of things for the kids to do -- miniature golf, the arcade, go-karts and bike rentals. Just a couple miles south of Long Beach are Ilwaco and Cape Disappointment as well as Waikiki Beach and the North Head lighthouse. There are some great art galleries at the Port of Ilwaco, and during the summer months there’s Saturday Market too, with a variety of local arts and crafts, food, flowers, and plants for sale. Ilwaco has its own fireworks in July. The Port also features some fine restaurants with local seafood offerings created by our great chefs. Or take a charter trip for salmon, halibut, tuna or sturgeon.
