AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ resort-style pools include adults-only Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; and intimate Neighborly Square Pool. Parks offer green space: Tailwind Park, South Shore Park, and others. Enjoy a boardwalk around South Town Lake & Leisure Lake; community pier and fishing pavilions, and a playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
MAIN LIVING SPACES: Natural light creates resplendent, gathering spaces on the third flood as it streams through windows and cupola-topped, vaulted ceiling! Watch waves roll in from a porch off the kitchen porch, where you can dine al fresco and look through viewing corridors to the sea! The fully stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, designer tile backsplash, and bar seating for five. Prep a snack or a meal while visiting with others in the dining area for eight or living room, where a smart TV airs a big game or favorite show. A side board with storage makes it easy to serve, while a bonus wet bar with full-size ice maker has party accessories ready!
In a secondary living room, lounge on leather sofas or step to a Gulf-facing balcony. A TV and foosball table entertain smaller groups!
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Four king-size suites and a bunk room sleep up to 16 and make everyone feel special with designer details. The first-floor, blue-and-white king suite offers a private bathroom with exquisite navy tile lines walk-in shower.
On the second floor, another king suite offers anchor-theme artwork and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. A third king suite centers around a fanciful wicker headboard and shiplap accent wall, and it opens to an ensuite bathroom. Details like window seats and sliding doors elevate these suites. In the second-floor bunk room, kids can tussle over who gets to sleep where: two sets of twin bunks or the twin bed with built-in trundle. They’ll enjoy a private Juliet balcony and a hall bathroom with whale-print wallpaper, a tub/shower, and a double vanity for easy clean up!
Finally, the third floor’s primary king suite offers a private balcony, where hanging basket-style chairs beckon. A spa-like bathroom presents a double vanity and a wet room where double showerheads rain down relaxation on one side and a deep soaker tub offers indulgent relaxation on the other.
GREAT FEATURES: A utility room provides a full washer-dryer, full-size refrigerator, utility sink, and storage. A hallway behind the kitchen houses an elegant powder room, a work desk, a bonus laundry unit, and an additional full-size refrigerator. Outside, a painted nook offers a shower to rinse sandy feet after a walk on the beach!

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE EVICTED.
If a pet is seen entering Shell Yeah the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night per the signed rental contract.
