Just a 3-5 minute drive from the Granby Ranch Ski Resort base lodge, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers everything you need for an unforgettable mountain getaway.

Relax and unwind in your private hot tub after a day on the slopes or fire up the gas grill for some extended time outdoors on the patio. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and up to date on your favorite shows with one of 4 TVs throughout the home.

As a guest of Silver Spur Lodge, you’ll have access to the HOA pool and clubhouse if you purchase a day pass at the front office, complete with a gym for staying active during your stay. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas stove top, perfect for preparing meals in your home away from home. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The second main level bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom that connects to the living area. Downstairs, guests will find a second living space, ideal for a kids hang out space or remote work area, as well as two bunk rooms with twin over full bunk beds, perfect for the kids in your group.

- 4WD or AWD and/or Snow Tires required during winter months. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

This was our first time to Granby Ranch and had some first time skiers in our group. We needed somewhere that was close to the slopes and lifts and spacious for our group. The house was perfect fit from the location, cleanliness, space for our group, comfortable beds, amazing kitchen, grill, and the hot tub to soak after long day on slopes. We would absolutely stay here again.

House was well stocked for cooking meals and Granby is such a great place for a summer vacation. It’s a ski town so it’s quiet and slow paced in the summer with temps in the 70s. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice quiet spot with plenty of room for a multi generational family. House needs some attention because some things (like bathroom fixtures) are falling apart. Beautiful patio with hot tub.

We chose this rental based on the number of beds available as we had a group of friends and kids. When we arrived the pull out couch was destroyed and left broken with sharp edges exposed and unusable. We contacted management but they said they couldnt help us. We ended up having to have people sleeping together due to the inaccurate listing and broken furniture. Dont trust Vacasa. Theyre just out for the profit and werent helpful to our issues. Oh, and the checkout list was a full page of responsibilities after paying a substantial booking and cleaning fee. What was the fee for if we had to do all the work?

Had a great time at this mountainside Granby home! The convenience of walking out of the house and a block down to the slope was such a treat for both the parents & the kids. The house was large enough for our party of 9 to comfortably fit, and the house was stocked with everything we needed to cook the entirety of our stay (including a crockpot, panini press, and griddle!). The hot tub was such a nice wind down activity at the end of each day.

This house is one of the biggest, nicest homes we’ve stayed in. It’s maintained meticulously, has lots of room for our family of five and is perfectly located within a short drive of many great outdoor activities. We would without a doubt stay here again!

A lovely home with lots of space to hang out. The kitchen has everything you need which is a plus! Everything is well marked. We had deer roam through the backyard which was a fun treat as well.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 children and everyone had everything they needed. We loved the layout and the kids enjoyed having the downstairs to themselves. The house is well-maintained and stocked and a two-block walk from the slope. Ski-in/out works best for intermediate skiers since the runs on that side of the mountain are blues. The snow plow did not show up until past 11am one morning (not the owner’s fault, of course, but just a heads up if you don’t have a car and tires that can get you through—at least two cars were stuck that morning). All in all, a wonderful vacation and we would definitely stay here again!
