This property includes 4 private hot tubs situated on it's back patios. The hot tubs are new and state of the art and is dedicated exclusively for the use of you and your guests. Note, total guest count may not exceed 24 total guests.
THIS PROPERTY IS 100% POWERED BY RENEWABLE ENERGY. Everything that could be done to make this property one of the eco-friendliest in the area has been applied. While the property is hooked up with power from the local electricity provider the owner chose to include solar power systems to harness energy from the sun. Energy used on this property is coming directly from the sun to minimize harmful emissions. What’s more, the system feeds extra energy that is not used back to grid to satisfy the needs of others in the area. LED lights are used throughout and all appliances are certified as the most energy efficient on the market. Take comfort knowing the energy you use, from the AC to the dishwasher, is all coming from renewable sources. Of course, the best form of conservation comes from using less.
