The log cabin-style holiday home is located on a 530 m² separate recreational plot within a small holiday home settlement away from the town of Groß Nemerow in the district of Tollenseheim, only approx. 100 m as the crow flies from Lake Tollensesee. The natural beach and the bathing jetty can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. 500 m, a golf course in approx. 300 m. The restaurant and the riding stable are in the village. The holiday home is equipped with a living room (upholstered seating area, dining table, LED TV, radio), 2 identical bedrooms each with a double bed (1 x with TV), sleeping loft via a room-splitting staircase with handrails on both sides (futon bed 1, 40 m, child safety lock), kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances) and shower/WC. The low-energy house is heated by an air heat pump and a gas fireplace. There is also a carport or parking space, a furnished terrace, barbecue facilities, a bicycle storage room and 4 bicycles (including 2 children's bicycles) and WLAN free of charge. The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water and a linen package (bed linen, 3 towels per person). The holiday home is not rented to construction workers/companies.
Tollenseheim is a district of the village of Groß Nemerow on Lake Tolllensesee, the sixth largest lake in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Neubrandenburg, the third largest city in M-V, is 12 kilometres away. It is also the economic and cultural centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The concert church, small theatres and the Jahnsportforum, a multifunctional hall, regularly host high-quality events. In addition to good shopping facilities and numerous restaurants, Neubrandenburg's cultural park on Lake Tollensesee offers a beautiful local recreation destination, not only for the local population. Several bathing beaches, passenger boats, a 38 km long cycling and hiking trail around the lake and several cafés offer opportunities for both relaxation and physical activity.
