Sleeping four and with accommodation arranged across the first and second floors, the Gatehouse boasts two beautiful bedrooms and two high-end bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bath. Hollyhock House accommodates eight guests and offers three bathrooms, with a downstairs snug featuring a very high-quality sofa bed for two. The main living space is open plan with the dining area and the well-equipped kitchen and there are large glass doors that open out on to the patio and enclosed garden, really allowing you to bring the outside in.
These are places to be savoured and enjoyed, to relax and unwind in and to feel the stresses and strains of daily life falling away but should you tear yourself away you will find yourself in a picturesque and bustling town centre packed with artisan cafes, inns and restaurants, all waiting to be enjoyed. You are also under three miles from the stunning North Norfolk coastline with sand and shingle beaches, salt and clay marshes, dramatic cliff-lines, creeks, harbours, quays and even a famous pier to explore.
Nature lovers will enjoy trips to Holt Country Park, Sheringham Park, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and RSPB Cley Marshes while history buffs should head to the Thursford and Muckleburgh collections, hop aboard the North Norfolk heritage Railway or immerse themselves in history at the Blickling, Houghton and Holkham Estates along with Castle Acre and Castle Rising.
