Locely and clean, peaceful, helpful staff

The rooms and bathroom were freshly decorated and clean. The breakfast was nice. The manager Riz was helpful and accommodating.

To sum up our stay i would not recomend this place to stay as it was all in all a solid 5/10

At number 40 it was an overall okay expeience the owners where nice. they where happy to oblige with every request i made regaurding our room and needs, and any questions we had. the cleanliness of the place was spot on as we both had no issues and where where very happy. the room was quiet which is what we asked for in the sub notes so we could not conplain.

When we booked the double rooms where shown in a nice grey colour sceme which is what attracted me and my partner to this BNB but unfortuatly thst is not what we got when we arrived as at first we where offered a family room that was cramped and couldve been given to someone else, he then had a little sigh as he then offered what we orginally booked for which was a nice double room. sadly we did not get that as it was Neon/bright Green. there was also a short list of issues within our room that me and my partner where concerned about but could not tell the owner as we could not find him anywhere so when we called the number to only get a voicemail we where less than pleased. when we arrived we had to wait about at the door for someone to come find us and whe where stood there for a good 5 mins there was a sign to ring the doorbell but there was no doorbell to ring. on the site we booked with it did say the hotel had parking sadly to say that there was none and we had to drive around for a good 10/15 minutes before we found anywhere remotely close to the hotel that we could go park in. as i said beofre our room had some issues inside like out winows would lock making it a major sercuity risk and we also had no hot water whatsoever so when we had to take cold showers and it was just awful considering all we wanted was to relax during our stay. the bed frame was firm and uncomfortable and we kept on banging our heads on it so id recomend booking if your under 4ft. the water pressure in the "shower" was very low and even though we both still had one it didnt make us feel very clean.

Absolute worth the value ! staff was great and very helful

Had a lovely stay at this family run business. Manager did his best to make us feel at home. We will be back next time when in blackpool.
