Greet each day with a breathtaking view of the sunrise over Case Inlet and the snow-capped peak of Mt. Rainier at this waterfront home on Treasure Island. With two decks and a stretch of beach outside your door, this is a place to take in the natural splendor of Puget Sound. This home sits on the eastern shore of Treasure Island, a small community (accessible by road) that feels like a portal to a simpler time. Daily walks around the island (1.25 miles) are always fun.
The warmer months are perfect for long, memorable days spent outdoors. On this expansive property, you'll enjoy a lawn that's perfect for games and lounging in the hammock as well as the beach where you can watch for seals, look for shells, or even take a swim. Use our kayaks or bring your own paddleboard to get out on the water. The large main deck is wonderful for barbecues on the gas grill and alfresco meals with a view of Mt. Rainier. To round out the day, spend an evening under the stars around the propane fire pit.
The view of Case Inlet is every bit as special indoors, thanks to generous windows and glass doors. You can keep an eye on the water whether you're cooking in the well-equipped kitchen or playing board games around the dining room table. Stream movies in the living room after dinner or catch up on email in the dedicated home office.
Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms upstairs, two of which open to a waterfront deck. The primary suite has a smart TV and ensuite bath. For extra space, the den/office on the main floor converts to a fourth bedroom with a sleeper sofa. And, the basement has a space for yoga or a workout, another TV, and a foosball table.
