Located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door.

When you enter the condo you will be greeted with iconic pop artists, classic movies, bright furnishings, and a colorful era of the 1980's. The living room perfectly captures the essence of the 1980's where vibrant colors and nostalgic elements create a space that is both fun and inviting. The living room is a throwback paradise equipped with a vintage Nintendo Entertainment System complete with Super Mario Brothers and Duck Hunt. The iconic gray console and boxy controllers invite you to relive the pixelated adventures that captivated a generation. There are 2 classic school desks with a metal locker in the middle of the living room which adds a touch of nostalgic charm. This living room is not just a place to relax, but a vibrant homage to the spirited decade of the 1980's.

The walls have a gallery of the memorable legendary items to give you a nostalgic feel from classic movies from the 1980's to iconic memorable gems from this time. Unwind in the condo in the loft where it is an entertainer's paradise featuring Arcade1UP Ataria and Arcade1Up Class of 81 Deluxe Arcade Machine. In the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Room excitement is always just a moment away for the kids. This dynamic space will captivate young hearts as they have their own dedicated play area in the condo. This room has an Arcade1Up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Arcade Game and a Nintendo Switch. Everyday is an adventure in this turtle room and kids can feel like they are a part of the turtle team.

The master bedroom is not just a place to sleep, it is a vibrant tribute for the culture and style of the 1980's designed for those who adore the decade and want to relive its unforgettable charm every night.

The master bedroom suite is on the main floor with a king bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with 2 sinks. The second bathroom is on the main floor in the hallway with a shower. The kitchen is on the main floor and is fully equipped for any home chef. In the loft there are 3 queen beds and two twin beds. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Room has 2 twin beds.

There are 4 TV's with streaming device located throughout the condo in the living room, master bedroom, loft area, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle room.

** The second bedroom is in the loft area and it is an open shared space. It is not a private bedroom.

Nestled in the hear of downtown Sandusky, you will enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants, bars, entertainment, parks, ferry's to go to Put N Bay, Kelley's Island and Cedar Point. Luxuriate in the hot tub, pool, grill and fitness center for an unforgettable stay.

The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures.

There is no traditional cable on the TV’s in the condo. The TV’s are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card.

The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored.

Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.

Our city rental permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit.
