Our charming 70m2 apartment on the 3rd floor with lift access offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.
Designed with an open floor plan, as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming space featuring a plush sofa where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city on TV to watch all their favourite shows. You can dine with loved ones on this kitchen island table and access a balcony, perfect for unwinding.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.
There are two bedrooms. Both have a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The area boasts a variety of dining options ranging from traditional Irish pubs to international cuisines, ensuring there's something for every palate. Additionally, plenty of shopping opportunities, including boutique stores, craft markets, and art galleries, allow visitors to explore and discover unique treasures.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Four Courts Luas Stop, is just an 8-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
