The REWE supermarket is located 100 metres from the house and offers you the opportunity to cover your daily needs. The tram stop is 80 metres away and the S-Bahn is a five-minute walk away. The Agra exhibition centre is a ten-minute walk or two tram stops away. Lake Markkleeberg is five kilometres away, as is Lake Cospuden. The city centre and market square can be reached by public transport in 15 minutes or by car in ten minutes. Behind the house, the Elstermühlgraben leads directly across the property. Canoes are not available for hire, but you can explore Leipzig from the water. There is no better place to spend your holiday in Leipzig. Especially not in better accommodation.
