About this villa rental
The detached house is ideal for a short trip to Leipzig or a longer stay to get to know the city and the surrounding area. It has a spacious garden, a sauna, a whirlpool and a top-class home entertainment system, including a 3.70 metre screen and a projector. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own television. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
The children can let off steam all day in the large garden or play in the pool. The Elstermühlgraben, a branch of the Weiße Elster, runs directly past the property. The terrace cannot be seen from outside and offers you absolute peace and quiet. It is not a five-star hotel, but the facilities can easily compete with a three- or four-star hotel, especially in terms of exclusivity. The Villa by Maximus is the ideal accommodation for families and travelling groups looking for a retreat in one of the most exciting cities in the world. Your fellow travellers will be thrilled and your social media friends will be green with envy. Enjoy a very special city break and visit the Villa of Maximus.
The accommodation is the last property located directly in the nature reserve and with a view of the floodplain forest. This is a very rare opportunity, as there are very few properties of this type in Leipzig. None of them can be rented for a stay in the city. The property therefore offers you the unique opportunity to live in a house that is in the middle of nature and yet in the centre of the city. The REWE supermarket is located 100 metres from the house and offers you the opportunity to cover your daily needs. The tram stop is 80 metres away and the S-Bahn is a five-minute walk away. The Agra exhibition centre is a ten-minute walk or two tram stops away. Lake Markkleeberg is five kilometres away, as is Lake Cospuden. The city centre and market square can be reached by public transport in 15 minutes or by car in ten minutes. Behind the house, the Elstermühlgraben leads directly across the property. Canoes are not available for hire, but you can explore Leipzig from the water. There is no better place to spend your holiday in Leipzig. Especially not in better accommodation.
