This residence has 24 hour security cameras placed on outdoor perimeter, facing main door and sides of home and backyard. Home has noise decibel monitors in common areas to comply with noise ordinances of the city.
With over a decade of hospitality and management experience, Luxuri specializes in short term Miami vacation rentals and offers only the finest vacation houses and condos to the most discriminating traveler. Our portfolio of luxury villa’s are fully furnished with short-term, condo rentals and oceanfront. All of our vacation homes are located in Miami & Ft. Lauderdale areas, near Miami’s best and most popular attractions, upscale shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and some of the best beaches in the world.
We are a full concierge service so if you would like to book other accommodations such as yachts, exotic cars, private chef, a driver or a charter private jet, I can definitely help you with that. We want your stay to be as seamless as we can possibly can. Please note, elevator is not to be used by guests. If you have a disability, and can’t climb up the stairs, please state so prior to booking your stay. Elevator is only available at an extra 5K deposit and not for luggage usage only with proof of disability. $550 connection fee non refundable.

*NOISE ORDINANCE*
Guests may not - play loud music, make noise while entering/leaving, host outdoor activities by the pool or invite additional non-approved guests. These violations are prohibited and strictly enforced, as ALL NOISE must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 8PM-8AM.
ANY SORT OF VIOLATION will result in BREACH OF CONTRACT and your reservation will be CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND, and guest will be evicted immediately. If violations fees are assessed by the city, guest is responsible for the payments of all fines (starting at $5,000 +)
Driveway holds maximum 4 sedans parked tightly and NOT blocking the sidewalk. STREET PARKING NOT AVAILABLE OR ALLOWED. NO PARKING ON LAWN.
