This incredible home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, outdoor kitchen, huge screen enclosed pool, spa and deck, boat dock and lift, golf cart use and garage parking. The Kinzie Island community amenities include association pool and tennis, bocce ball and a beach storage closet, weight room, bathrooms, owner lockers and a boardwalk to the beach.
Home amenities include: 5 bedrooms/5.5 bathrooms -- 2 King beds, 4 Queen beds & 1 Full bed (sleeps 10 max), Smart TVs (streaming only), free WIFI, heated pool & spa, large enclosed lanai & covered outdoor deck, boat dock with lift, golf cart use, garage parking, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill. Kinzie Island community amenities include association pool and tennis, bocce ball and a beach storage closet, weight room, bathrooms, owner lockers and a boardwalk to the beach. NO Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Please note: This home has a 28 night minimum booking period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 10 people.
