Nestled along the quaint streets of Swanage, this picturesque Victorian townhouse invites you into an era of elegance and charm. With its distinctive architectural features and proximity to the sparkling shores of the Jurassic Coast, this versatile holiday home offers a truly memorable holiday experience. 'Sunlight House' benefits from views of Swanage Bay, along with a sheltered courtyard garden and on street car parking. Pets welcome!
Step inside Sunlight House, and you're immediately welcomed by stunning high ceilings along with original hardwood and tiled floors. The cosy living room to your left, is a comfortable place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the Purbecks. From the living room, double doors open to a cosy piano room, complete with armchairs, stereo system and a piano for guests to use. Through to the back of the house, is an open plan kitchen and dining area, with a farmhouse style dining table, bench seating and double doors that lead to the enclosed garden at the rear.
Set over three floors, the property offers plenty of space for a large family, or for two families holidaying together. Up to the first floor, there are two bedrooms; a King master bedroom, and a single bedroom with trundle bed. Both share the stylish family bathroom, complete with freestanding roll top bath and walk in shower. There is a cloakroom with W.C. just next door.
Two further bedrooms are located on the top floor, a double with stunning sea views, and a double overlooking the garden. These bedrooms share a family bathroom located just across the hallway.
Step outside into the private courtyard garden, a quiet space amidst the bustle of the town. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy an al fresco dinner in the summer months.

Coming into Swanage from the Wareham direction, go past the schools on your left hand side follow the road along keeping to the left on the bend. Carry on and go over the hump back bridge, keep on this road straight until you come to the traffic lights. Turn right at the traffic lights into Rempstone Road, at the mini roundabout go left (this enters you into the one way system) carry along follow the road round to the right (past Boots) at the fork in the road, take the left hand fork onto Lower High Street (towards the Pier,this now becomes two way traffic again). Just before you get to the Pier you will see a right turn into Seymer Road, (brown signpost for Durlston Country Park), go all the way up the hill, bear round to the right, take the first left turn into Durlston Road, then take the first right turn into Grosvenor Road. A short distance along this road is Sunlght House, 8 Grosvenor Road on the left hand side.
Parking for this property is unrestricted roadside parking on a first come first served basis.
