Leo at the front desk from day 1 was amazing. I did wish they have valet parking. The fact that they didn’t was the only thing I was really disappointed with at the hotel. Spoiled? Yes ….
The room was clean and our balcony view was very nice. We were on the 17th floor. I emailed in advance for a fridge and microwave and received both. I also asked for a higher floor and did . The hotel was very accommodating. I want to thank the staff especially Leo at the front desk and Elon in housekeeping for your kindness.

great couple nights at the Revere in Boston before we boarded a cruise Canada. Within walkable distance to the common and the state house we walked all over all the way to Faneuil Hall and back very nice time. The restaurant at the Revere is very pricey. You can do better across the street from the Revere. There are many places where you can get breakfast and cheaper meals if need be.

I had to go to the front desk late night, there were some non guests in the lobby. These non guests were disruptive and looking for trouble. The staff was scarce and of very little help.

Water doesn’t get super hot so don’t look forward to a hot shower. Room wasn’t cleaned completely. Good location. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall, our stay was okay and we do recommend this hotel, especially for the location. We did have an incident with our bathroom shower head falling apart but after our stay, a representative from the hotel assisted us with the issue. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

This was my first stay at this hotel. I arrived around 9 pm after an exhaustingly long trip. The front desk people were super friendly. I had requested a high-floor room. They upgraded my room to an even higher floor with a balcony. That made all the difference. I specifically want to thank Abdel for being so nice and friendly.
The room was spacious, very clean, and modern-looking. Rooms don't come with a fridge, which can be an inconvenience, but there was always bottled water in the room and the housekeeping was immaculate. The gym room is large and clean.
The location is great and within walking distance from restaurants, shops, and parks.
They charge you about $40 per night for amenities like internet, gym, parking, TV, etc., that I wish was included in the hotel price.
Overall, it is an amazing place to stay and will be on my list for my next trips to Boston.

Very nice hotel. Convenient location. About 1-mile walking distance from most major attractions. The only complaint was the loudness on the city streets at night--lots of horn honking. Our room was on the 20th floor. Bring a white noise machine.

Location is great. Disappointed that the roof top bar and grill wasn’t open and that wasn’t told in description. We also has someone above us that was very loud in weird hours all 4 nights making noise walking back and forth and I did even call once but never stopped.

We were "Upgraded" out of having two beds for my college visiting daughter and I. Sleeping on the couch pullout was less than ideal and NOT what was booked.

I personally won't be staying at this hotel again. There was NO hot water in the mornings and the front desk said "well what do you expect when 400 people are showering st the same time". I paid extra for a "city view" room and my room was smaller and no different than my mom who paid regular price. Nothing at this hotel has made an impression on me. This is definitely not s 5 star hotel. There are MANY other hotels in the area that are better.

Nice location but I asked for feather pillows and I got feather free room, no bathrobe, the body lotion was not working, none would come out, no sugar in coffee area, no glass in the bathroom to use. The service by the staff at RR was very horrible. The server was rude, ignored us and did not know what the drink tickets were that were given to us at check in.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Two dining options. Food was very, very good. Was able to walk everywhere so car remained parked in garage. Room was very clean. Would stay again.

Unfortunately there was a protest outside the neighbouring hotel which woke us up early in the morning and went on for most of the day. There were several pleasant and helpful staff, however when we arrived early we weren't greeted, by one staff member very well. We just wanted to drop off our luggage. She snapped at us saying our room wasn't ready

We had cold water for a shower in the morning on one of our three mornings. Also the room coffee maker evidently was lacking its small water pitcher thus unusable. In addition, the lobby coffee service doesn’t start till 7:00 a.m. and we were leaving for a tour at 6:15 a.m.

The staff was great, but the $35 amenities charge is a total ripoff. Essentially you are paying to have a refrigerator delivered to your room since they are not in the room. The first refrigerator was totally beat up, did not get cold because the door didn't seal. It was also noisy so it was hard to sleep. The next day they delivered a larger and newer refrigerator.
