Bathroom was horrific. Tub was stained brown. Layer of dust around all edges and corners of the bathroom. Grout was dirty. Stains on walls and on the door. Furniture in the room was stained, dirty and chipped. All the furniture badly needs to be replaced. Phone was not working when I tried to call front desk. There were some good things. The bed was comfortable. It was probably a new mattress. Pool area was quite nice and mostly quiet. Breakfast was fine. Front desk people were nice. We stayed here to visit family nearby but we will not be returning to this hotel unless they do a full top to bottom renovation.

Hair and trash on floor. Large gaps around door. Half the bed falling down. Overall dirty. Asked for new room and was told nothing available. Most hotels booked in area and we were very tired, otherwise we would have left. And don’t see where I requested the handicapped room. And tv going out. Shampoo and soaps empty.

The room has plenty of space Decent bathroom I loved that the fridge was cool and ready for my drinks The AC worked fantastic Decent water pressure The bed was okay, it could have been softer I didn't like that the blind wouldn't cover the windows and make the room all dark There was mold on the bottom of the curtains

Next public beach access about 3 miles away. So on a typical hot, humid day, you'll get very sweaty on the way if you want to walk. The rooms aren't in great condition. It smells a bit moist. I guess its really hard to get that humidity out. But maybe the building just isn't sealed from the outside well enough. Another customer had rain dripping into their room through the window. Another guest had cockroaches. So i guess i was lucky, just to have a bit of a musty smell and a slightly rust stained shower. Besides that it wasnt bad. The room service did a decent job of cleaning and keeping the sheets and towels clean. The breakfast wasn't great, but alright and included. (Sadly,) Probably you won't find anything better for the price...

This place is up the street from my office. I've stayed her a number of times. At least 3 times (last night) I was given a room that looked like it hasn't been touched since 1990. Those rooms have a horrible smell of bleach which kept me up all night and gave me a headache. They must have some rooms that have been re-done, because once or twice I got a decent room, which made me want to use this place as a room to stay in when I don't feel like driving the 70 miles home after work. Looks like I need to find another place.

Nice quiet clean hotel. Staff is nice. Breakfast offered is not the greatest, sad selection. Laundry room only has 1 machine and if others leave their stuff staff tells you to remove it. Not my job to remove others stuff. Over all it’s nice though.

This may be the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room stunk and the floor was wet from the AC. We went to the pool so we didn’t have to smell it. When we came back we saw the walls and the curtains by the AC were covered in mold and mildew. We left immediately when we found it. Tried to get a refund from Expedia but they were not helpful. They said we had to try to move to a different room. I told them the whole experience was terrible and we were not going to stay. I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback.

It was great except we were told they were out of pillows and we didn’t have enough. Also, the bed was very firm and we didn’t particularly sleep well. Everything else was nice and the breakfast was great!
