It looks very pretty.
There was a large stain on the carpet. No shampoo in the dispenser. It smelled a bit musty.

The staff was warm, courteous, and helpful. The facility was nice and safe. I also liked the continental breakfast that was offered without hassle. I traveled alone and felt comfortable and secure. Ill definately be back. Excellent service!
Pool closes after dark.

The location was perfect for us but the hotel was run-down with shabby furniture and carpet needed to be cleaned in the rooms and hallways.
We complained about the first room we were given and they we very gracious and upgraded us to a suite which was a little better but the a/c was very noisy.
The free breakfast was good and so was the coffee. I guess that depends on who makes it for the coffee in the reception area was awful.
The grounds and pool were kept neat and clean.
This hotel has possibilities and I heard it was being renovated by March of 2024. If it is we will stay again. If not we won’t.
The price was very fair but would pay more if this hotel was up-graded to better standards.
Read the above.

The Staff and the pool were great.
Iris at breakfast is a gem.
Same with Deborah (not Debby), super efficient and with a great attitude every day. :)
Close to the parks and beaches to spend a great day!
Carpets on the floor of the room. It will always feel dirty, not as it was a tile floor.

Breakfast was good. Bi suits was a little stale. Eggs were weird. Poached I think not like anything I've had before.
Room was clean and AC worked well. Plenty of room, nice bathroom
Internet did not work and nobody there could make it work so I had to go to a local restaurant to compete some work before bed. Even one guest who was a self professed computer expert could not get it to work.
They have shower dispensers for shampoo & Body wash. They were empty, TP was behind the toilet. I could not reach it with out getting up. Shower head was stuck on a small pulsating stream. The whole shower experience left a lot to be desired.

The location was great. The breakfast choices were just right. The bed was comfortable. Overall, I was pleased with my experience there.
I saw a bug on the floor in the breakfast area. I wasn't fond of the middle curtains in my room. I could see through them when the curtains were closed.

Friendly staff and plenty of parking. convenient to the John MacArthur Park/Beach, the Turtle Hospital and the highway.
The furniture was very dated. I usually don’t mind, but it was obvious here. My fault, but I swore I found this hotel when searching for WPB and it’s 20min away.

housekeeping: they didn’t fix / make up my room on the last day.

Breakfast options typical, sausage was cold.
Paid to much for what was offered. Pool had no lights and closed when it got dark.

There were several selections for breakfast. The hot sections varied slightly each day - eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, toast, english muffins, bagels, They always had cold cereal, fruit, yogurt and coffee. Dining area was spacious and clean. Staff was very attentive.

Friendly staff, good location,
My only complaint would be I believe the mattress needs to be change out wasn’t as comfortable or firm

I was there for 5 days. I'm pretty sure a maid stole my earrings I left on the bathroom sink.

The overall property and its location and the breakfast was nice
The rooms seemed dated, with old carpet … which looked like it hadn’t been really cleaned in a long time. Carpets in hotel rooms make the place feel unclean

staff very nice. location fine.
price to high for what it is

it was pretty clean
I don’t know with a name like best western plus it just seemed like maybe it would be closer to Hilton garden inn or something. having carpet instead of tile gives the rooms kind of a funky old motel smell.

I liked that the facility that served breakfast was clean and the attendant working the food stations was very kind and efficient.
The room we stayed in had visible uncleanliness as soon as you stepped into the room. Lamp shades with discoloration, the head board where you rest your head had smears of oil, presumably from someone’s hair. I woke up after the first night with a mysterious bite on my arm. I didn’t think anything of it, just a mosquito bite I thought. The next day I had 3 more bites. After the room was inspected, a bed bug was found. I am apparently allergic because my reaction to the bites is severe and an urgent care facility had to treat me. The hotel was kind enough to refund my stay but I shouldn’t have to deal with bed bugs on vacation. Granted, they did work with us and while the situation was unfortunate, the staff remained professional.
