Although dated, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable! Our group had 6 rooms and all that were involved were pleased with their accommodations. Great location off the highway with restaurants within walking distance!

The beds were very comfy but rooms were not cleaned properly as there were muddy foot prints on the carpet and there was trash left over from the previous guests.

Second time staying. Beds are very uncomfortable. The room I stayed in had a dirty bathroom, room smelled musty and had tiny nat type bugs

Our stay was for 2 nights and we were out all day on Sunday and came back and the room wasnt cleaned or made up. Needed to go to the front desk and get more toilets paper. Not thay big of a deal but it would of been nice to come back to a clean room.

Service was excellent.Hotel could have used some upgrades.Breakfast could have been better.

The room was actually great, but the electronic lock on the door was a problem. It was real hit and miss as far as working. The room had been remodeled, and was nice, but the door was a problem at times. The toilet was weak to flush at times as well. But the room was beautifully remodeled and very nice.

Ice machine needs a good cleaning.

Ok . Over priced for what it was

Property was clean , could use some updatting.

Our (double queen) room (#45) looked a bit different from the pictures; specifically our carpet was super musty and stained. The bathroom featured a self-draining sink counter (it was permanently sloped downwards, probably due to a poor design and 40 years of use). This is an older motel that is in the process of slowly being renovated. Some rooms are definitely better than others. Another person in our group got a king room (22? 26?) and it smelled better and had new laminate flooring. All rooms had nice, newer furnishings, comfy beds, very new mini fridges, and effective ac units. I washed the washable filters in our unit, in the misguided hope it would help with the smell. Having the ac unit running helped somewhat, but it still hit me every time I walked in. Both bathrooms needed work. We talked about asking for a different room, but we had already brought our bags in and were quite tired, and the prospect of loading the car back up to switch rooms was enough of a deterrent that we decided to suck it up. The following morning I overheard the (very polite) manager discussing another guest’s room dissatisfaction with her; he was understanding and offered to switch the guest to a different, more thoroughly updated room. So, my main piece of advice is to go investigate your room before you move your bags in, in case you want to switch. The takeaway continental breakfast was exactly that. There was oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt, breakfast bars, coffee and juice.

Perfect hotel for traveling to Toronto from New York. It is renovated and clean. Good family stay.

Not sure that the value was worth the price of stay. The outside looks like a campground, but it was quiet despite facing a busy street. Service was minimal (no one picks up the phone at times, and no one is present at the front desk despite ringing the bell) and the grab-and-go breakfast options have little to offer for healthy / less sweetened options. Large and spacious room with in-room air conditioner that isn't too loud. Bed and pillows are on the softer side. Good water pressure in the shower, but disappointed with signs of mold and mildew around the bathtub and on the shower curtain and water damage in the bathroom. Pool seemed clean, and while the front desk didn't know if it was heated, the water didn't feel too cold on a cooler morning in late August.

Nice place to stay one night

We stood on the bottom floor, it was hard to get in the room , they need to update the locks and key cards for the hotel. The room smelled like basement. The couch looked like someone got killed on it with the stains from cleaning. The bathroom had spiders. There was a double door that goes into another room. The lock was kind of sketchy so we put the cott infront of it. It was an ok hotel inexpensive..you get what you pay for. There is no continental breakfast. What i did like was the hot water in the shower.
